Pretty much everything! We were visiting during the heat wave which was unusual for Tirol and the hotel has kindly provided a portable fan. Please note that it is uncommon to have air conditioning in Europe, especially in the mountains.

The apartment is great, really cozy and comfortable. We were two couples, but could easily fit another one. The kitchen has all you need to make a good breakfast or dinner. Two bathrooms was a blessing. Grocery store is at 5 minutes walk, and ski lift is 15 min walk, or you can take the ski bus, that passes right across the street. The hosts, Christian and Mona, were marvelous, the best hosts ever. They welcomed us warmly, and helped with any question we had. I recommend this to anyone

The view from our appartment in the third floor was absolutely amazing! Modern, new, well equiped. If needed - washing mashine, dryer, ironing in underground floor. Good parking. One pool 136cm heated 32, another colder 205cm, sauna with mountain views. Also big advantage - very good sound isolation between appartments. All blocks connected via underground tunnels - leading to sauna/pools. Restaurant in hotel, also a lot restaurants in town. Supermarket few minutes walking. A list of places to go for a walk - river, lake, cable car (this one we were not so exited: cold, commercial, more for kids)

    Very nice accommodation, with plenty of space, we were 6 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The home is centrally located, with many opportunities for hiking.     Tanja is very friendly, pleasant and communicative. The apartments fully correspond to the description. A nice bonus is a washing machine. Tanja allowed us to check in a day earlier than the paid date. I also liked the stove; it was useful on cold evenings. Stunning view, calm and very beautiful. Thank you very much Tanja!

    Great location, close to the town centre, but at the same time the resort is located at very peaceful and relaxing area. Resort is beautiful and offers amazing scenery. Has multiple saunas and pools. The apartment was clean and cosy!

    Everything was absolutely amazing. The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The property is located close to everything (supermarket,bakery)at walking distance,maybe 3 mins away. The guests were friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Definitely value for money.
