Everything. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the fantastic beach. It's impeccably clean and well taken care of. Regrettably, I was staying only one night, but this will be my place to stay in Alicante.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well laid out, had lovely views from the balcony to the sea and mountains and had afternoon sunshine. The pool was a very good size and most of the time we were the only ones using it. The area surrounding the was mostly quiet. The owner is very pleasant, friendly and helpful and he lives on site and is usually easy to see if needed. There is a local supermarket about 10 to 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes drive. There was always free parking for our hire car on street just around the corner.

The common areas are clean and comfortable and they even have a washing machine and dryer free of charge. We loved the digital lock system as we did not have to remember where the key was.
