We happened to arrive on a weekend where the village was having a festival and the B&B notified us in advance. The hosts were superb and they hosted us at the festival which was wonderful and unexpected. We were grateful for an aircon with the high temperatures at that time. The small village was peaceful with friendly people.

This property was in the Umbrian countryside, and the views were lovely. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. The facilities are very modern although in a rustic stone building. It was exactly what we were looking for! Our stay included dinner each night, and it was an amazing 4 course meal which was brought to our apartment since one in our party did not feel well and we wanted to be cautious. Lorenzo, our host, not only cooked and served our meals along with his girlfriend, he also recommended great sights to see in the area. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria….you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed the cottage and its surroundings. We ended up adding two nights to our stay! This is located in a very small town, while there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance we were located well to explore other towns in Umbria.

Beautiful location. Very quiet. Extremely clean. Quite new. Short distance from Todi. Warm. Shower pressure excellent, as well as water temperature. WiFi works perfectly. Heated towel rack was very useful for drying clothes. Just a delightful stay.

The apartment was spotless and well appointed. Had a very functional kitchen with everything you need. Having a washer and dryer on the balcony was very convenient and was even able to dry clothes without the dryer. Decent sized bathroom with a great shower. Apartment was on the 2nd level easily accessible with a lift. Parking was in front of Apartment block and had no problems parking hire car at no cost. Across the road there is a bar where we had breakfast every day, cappuccino and corno with crema. A short drive you will find a supermarket. Not too far from Todi Centro Storico as long as you have a car.
