A recently renovated apartment set in Tokyo, 松島雅居 features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment features a hot tub and free shuttle service.

The owner is very friendly. We arrived late due to traffic, the owner was worrying about us and waited for us for a long time. Really sorry about that. The owner is very friendly. The house is well-equipped for family usage. The decoration is nice, and the tatami living room and bedroom are provided. The house is also equipped clothes washer and dryer which is a help for long-time travelers. You will feel like you living in Japan for one moment. It is difficult to find a place in Tokyo with a car parking space, so I will say this is a really good feature.

Had an absolutely delightful stay at Loisir Hotel! The cozy bedroom was perfect for solo or duo travellers, and the convenient location near the train station was a huge plus. The room I picked had a beautiful seaside view. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal! Highly recommend.

The Hotel is situated exactly next to Shinagawa seaside station, in an office building and occupied the last floor. Actually the reception is at 16th floor and rooms from 17rh and above. Our room situated in the 19th floor was reasonable in size with a comfortable double bed.

Was very close to the Seaside subway and Aomono Yokocho train stations, and the Keikyu / Monorail lines to get to Haneda airport. The rooms were very small even for two people. There was a shopping centre close by which had a supermarket and two convenience stores. There weren't many eateries that were open - we ended up eating in the shopping centre for court.

21sqm is good enough for 2 people. Very well cleaned room with comfort bed. The days we don't require cleaning, housekeeping will hang up a bag of towels and plastic bags for bins in the door which is very thoughtful. Shinagawa Seaside Station is right under this hotel. Located in the commercial buildings area which is quiet in the night, but not much shopping we can do since there is only a Aeon department store nearby.

Convenient location next to the Shinagawa Seaside metro station and an Aeon Style shopping mall. Shinagawa station for the Shinkansen and Narita Express also conveniently accessible by bus for only ¥210. Our "semi-double" room while dated in furnishing and style was relatively more spacious than hotels we stayed at in other parts of Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka. No frills but good value for money.
