Breakfast was absolutely fantastic as well! Paul took so much time talking with us and sharing about the area and suggestions - we can’t wait to come back!

The property is non-smoking and is located 29 km from Chatsworth House. Location was great. Parking was easy. I recommend not getting a car or getting the insurance on tires and road hazard.

The staff are exceptional, super friendly and professional. Nothing is to much trouble. The accommodation is very well appointed with quality fittings. The breakfast is essentially 3 courses and delicious. Then there is the location and grounds which are delightful. Cant wait to come back.

Tony and Su were quite a pleasure to talk with. Breakfast was great. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. All together, we would highly recommend it.

The hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the Peak District National Park or Sheffield city centre. Well located with beautiful views. Staff friendly and helpful. Large, very well priced, family room for couple with two small children (a king+ double bed plus two pull out full size trundle beds for children). Plenty of free parking. Alpaca and small animal farm around the corner for children. Nice Ales and Ciders on tap. Family menus.
