The rooms were very clean, this is such a great hotel to stay at if you're going to the parks around the area. The staff was amazing and very helpful as soon as we arrived! Luciana at the front desk was very kind, giving us all the important information in an efficient way and even offered an upgrade. I do highly recommend the All you can eat breakfast, it's a great start of the day if you have planned many activities.

We arrived at night and thought it was going to be an issue, but to our surprise, it was fast and easy! beautiful location just minutes from the Parks. the area was very clean and safe to walk and take the dog. we will stay here again if the visiting family want to do the parks.

I told someone at the counter but he basically just pretended to write my name and rooms down as if they would contact us about it. No word yet. The Rosen Inn was definitely cleaner and worth the money than this Best Western so I definitely will not be back next year. Jordan was amazing at check in and check out. The hotel is very comfy and welcoming. Breakfast is great and really tasty. The room is huge and comfortable. Clean and perfect! The prices are affordable, the rooms are excellent, most importantly, clean, beds are comfortable. The location of the hotel is almost as it it were in the middle of international drive, restaurants and attractions are within a walking distance. The breakfast as always was delicious.
