Such a great place! Spacious apartment (and I guess that's quite big for Tokyo) in Okubo, a very central location in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the Shin-Okubo station, 15' from Shinjuku main area. It has everything you need to spend a week like at home (even though I wish I had super electronic toilets with a heated seat at my place).

Onsen is also great after long day of walking but its really crowded (holy week period). The ground floor has a cafe & flower shop, and the upper floors are for the hotel. Despite it name being hotel, i would say it’s more around one flat-village type for staycation. Everything that you need or you think you dont need is in this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very beautifully decorated. And the best part is the neighborhood around it is very calm, quaint and there’s a small park nearby as well.MMonicaGroup
