I truly enjoyed my stay here! The owner and his family often went out of his way to help me and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible! For example, not only did he help me to drive to the city centre, he also took me to see Cappuccini Convent on the way. The breakfast every morning was amazing and there are many varieties. The room is clean and has everything one needs and the view is breathtaking. You can take a walk around the house as it is very beautiful too. Also I enjoy his cute cats. It is like staying with family and I would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Caltagirone!

The manager of the property, Giuseppe, took excellent care of our needs during our stay. We arrived on Friday for a wedding that afternoon/evening and we did not return until 4am. We had mentioned this would probably be the case. The next morning/afternoon (at 11:45) I had a message from Giuseppe saying that he left us breakfast in the lobby area and we could help ourselves to coffee because he knew that we missed breakfast since we were out late. So kind and thoughtful! We had a wine tasting and dinner at that winery that night and the food and wine were both incredible and beautifully explained. The ingredients were fresh and seasoned perfectly and the wines were light and accompanied the food perfectly. I am vegan (I let them know this when I booked) and they accommodated me with a lovely dinner - from antipasti to dolci. The guest rooms were simple, lovely and immaculately clean and had black out shades so you could sleep undisturbed by sunlight. The dressing room with an armadio and dresser was a lovely touch. I will definitely be back to this Sicilian oasis. Giuseppe really made our stay special!

Quick to answer all of our questions. The breakfast was amazing and the homemade cakes made by Joseph’s wife were absolutely delightful. Our room was delightful with a huge bathroom and beautiful old historic style. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Caltagirone.

    The apartment was so beautifully appointed, lovely modern new decor with easy access. Breakfast served at Cafe nearby was so lovely. Communication with owner was very easy and also extremely helpful. Her kindness was very much appreciated as she left treats in the fridge for us. The location is ideal for exploring the famous steps and great ceramic shops. We would highly recommend this lovely little apartment.

    Perfect location. Bang in the centre very clean and the rooms form part of a palazzo. The owner is extremely helpful too.

    the location is great, just behind the cathedral, 2 mins walk from the bridge, and close to everything. kitchen works well. The owner offered this centrally located airbnb without extra charge as the place I originally booked was being fixed. good deal and value for money.

    Enzo was the nicest person. Greeted us and insisted on driving us to our friend's flat (a different place in the city). The flat is very, very spacious and very very clean. Very close to the centro storico with options to park around. Our only observation was the lack of WiFi connection and natural light in the living room. But either not a deal breaker. The flat feels so homey. I wish there was an option to add half a star to this review.

    Great Location. Spotless clean. The room is a small apartment in which I could easily stay months as it was super comfort. Everything was modern, fully working and in great condition. The bathroom was big and like new. The high end TV, the soundbar, the night lights, coffee machine, and every device you could need is there in high quality and great condition (like new). The bed was big and the mattress super comfy, too! The communication with the host was great, and he was really helpful. An easy 10 for the price asking.
