Very friendly staff, flexible and helpful at all times. We had the half board and the food was very good, chefs kiss! The rooms were new, bathroom felt very new and we like the added radio in the bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely and well run hotel. The staff is friendly, passionate and always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms are lovely and the sauna was perfect after a couple of hours out in the snow/cold.
