This was one of the best hotels we stayed on our trip and the staff were exceptional. The bar and waiting staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional especially the outdoor pool in the winter. Skiing was fabulous and we had unlimited activities to enjoy during the day too if you needed a day off skiing. The room was very comfortable and complements to the hotel cleaning staff who always had our room spotless. The food every day was excellent and always a good choice on the menu.

The hotel has a great location. The biggest advantage is that the bus stop is right next door, so it was easy to get to the main lift with the kids. Another important aspect is that there is a children's ski school nearby, so we walked the kids. The room was spacious and had a balcony. There are even several cafés nearby.
