I have been one of the last guests in this hotel in the end of the season yet I've got all the service they usually offer in the middle of the season with full house.
Very clean place, very friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable even better than I've expected.
I can't say anything less than superlatives.

I booked this pension for a bike race I was doing the next morning. It was an early start and the owner started breakfast at 06.00 for us, which was really nice. The room was great, was not expecting a small kitchenette with a fridge which was handy. There is a small bay for parking but best of all was when I got back the car and asked if it was possible to use a shower they have a room just for that purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful and it is walking distance to some nice restaurants.

Most people know Austria has a lot to offer in winter, but the same is true in summer. It is perfect for long hikes through the mountains, enjoying nature and visiting the many old castles. Imst is a relatively quiet town, but it offers enough restaurants and bars, especially if you include Hoch-Imst. Take the cable car to the mountains, take the coaster down or go by foot. And don't forget to visit the Rosengartenschlucht. Both very close to Imst.

Imst was well worth the visit.
Imst was well worth the visit. Between Rosengartenschlucht and the Alpine Coaster and the Friday free community concerts there are plenty of things to keep one active in the summer and the place looks built for the winter. The food and staff at Hirschen Hotel are fantastic!

Probably nicer and prettier towns and villages in the valley...
Probably nicer and prettier towns and villages in the valley to visit or base yourself, but if you need amenities then it is has good array of shops, hotels, restaurants and services. Seemed to be a lot of kids roaming the streets on foot and noisy mopeds.
The apartment was well equipped for a family, bed rails, washing machine, dish washer, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, wifi and loads of storage. Parking is right outside so very easy to unpack (note it is up a flight of stairs) It was very clean and the windows being able to to fully open meant lots of great views of the mountains.
The apartment also came with a discount card for imst so we saved €100s going up the mountain and on some local attractions.
We had an awesome stay in Imst with Desiree and Stefan! Everything was so well arranged and explained. Contact was quick and easy through WhatsApp and little gifts were awaiting us when we arrived (water, chocolates, cat food etc). It really felt at home and the bathtub and the bed were great.. we even asked her where she bought the covers and pillows so we can buy it here ourselves!!
Location was within a minute of the main town, but we stayed mostly within the hotel, as it was welcoming, from the very first moment we rode up, directed us to where motorbikes can park (even had a bike washing facility) easy access to the rooms, bar and restaurant was busy, but we enjoyed our drinks and food. Staff were attentive and made our stay a pleasant experience.
Amazing stay at the Ualm hotel with its friendly staff that made you feel right at home. Especially the owner Martin who was very engaged with the customers. I was impressed with the breakfast which even catered to people on a vegan/plantbased diet. It was very tasty and plenty. We will definitely come back! Martin even gave us a farewell present.

the room was newly renovated and wonderful! it was more like a small apartment. the staff was extremely welcoming and nice and all spoke English! we loved staying here! the hotel restaurant had really great food!! the breakfast was just ok. it was a nice little place to stay. thank you!
This hotel has a great location in a wonderful small Austrian town along the Inn River. Our room faced a small stream that flows into the Inn River so we got to experience the magical sound of flowing water out of our bedroom throughout the night. The breakfast was also excellent.
All in all, the hotel is a bit dated, but in a still charming way. It's not run down; just from a style from before. My room was very quiet and very big and parking is very simple. Breakfast offered fresh boiled eggs and a wide variety of options including fresh fruit.
The hotel manager was great and made us feel at home. The staff was friendly and the rooms and the hotel were clean. The view from the balcony of the room is lovely and it's great place to spend your vacation.
loved the feel of the hotel, absolutely fantastic dinner! fantastic family room on top floor with the loft bed. staff were superb and friendly, very accommodating. spa was great, coffee was pretty good.
Friendly owners. A short walk to the town centre (although a bit further to the main shops). Convenient for watching Imst Schemenlaufen (the owner was taking part).
