Central Villa/Two King beds/Disabled/Family/Pets, hotel in Maryborough

Situated in Maryborough in the Victoria region, Central Villa/Two King beds/Disabled/Family/Pets features a garden.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space inside. Also outdoor area. Kitchen was well equipped. Large fridge and freezer. We didn’t require the disabled access but it was available. Water was hot. Laundry facilities were excellent with choice of hanging clothes outside or placing in the dryer. We appreciated the double lockup garage as we were towing a trailer. Large TVs in both lounge and bedroom. Three bathroom’s and bedrooms available. Also air conditioning worked well as due to the house’s aspect it can get cool on a cloudy/wet day. Easy access to local shops.

Whispering Woods House, hotel in Maryborough

Situated in Maryborough, Whispering Woods House features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The property features garden views.

House was clean, tidy and orderly. There were wonderful outside facilities like pool, BBQ and outdoor dining setting which would be great in the summer months but of no value for our visit. The property location is in a quiet area just out of the town. The Kitchen was well set with utensils, crockery etc and there was a drying rack for washed clothes. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Access to Stan Movies. After our departure Owners informed us that they had positively responded to our main issues detailed below and subsequently installed a Wardrobe in the Master Bedroom and are preparing a budget for the future installation of walk-in shower in the Ensuite

Maryborough has two beautiful parks with lakes, lots of bird life including swans and ducks. there are plenty of playgrounds, and an excellent swimming pool complex including a section for babies and toddlers. Great assortment of shops and eating places, we enjoyed very good fish and chips and yummy Chinese food. Maryborough is situated near many historical towns including Castlemaine, Newstead, Clunes, Avoca and Talbot, all worth a visit. and is centered between Bendigo and Ballarat, an hours drive each way. Maryborough has something to offer children and adults alike.

We had the best view of Maryborough, the corner suite was just magnificent. The ambience of the room was just beautiful. The decor in the room was of high quality and the very large spa in the very spacious bathroom was of a very high standard. The Super King size bed was so soft and comfortable and just a place to dream on. All the fittings and fixtures were done to remind quest's of a bygone era. All the amentities in the room were of a very high standard. The lift was fantastic and running so smoothly, a secret surprise. We enjoyed our stay very much so, we will surely stay again. Thank you to all the staff and their attention to detail. It made our stay very pleasant. Also the off street parking was an added bonus. Loved it, wished that I could have spent a week instead of a weekend. Thank you what a wonderful stay.

We went to Maryborough solely for a funeral. Town is quite tired. Easy to find our way around. We had an excellent breakfast at The Station - the biggest “big breakfast” we’ve ever had! Great value. But the hot chocolate was so weak I couldn’t taste the chocolate!

You must go to Wolseley Cottage ( cottage closed but research history centre open, check times, think it's only open Tues & Thur morning 10am to 12noon), magnificent Maryborough Railway station and Cafe. Lots of old buildings and shops to browse within a short walk of each other throughout the town. Check out collectible toy shop...in fact check out all the shops new & old ware & op shops. We had dinner at Park House Hotel...opposite Princes Park. No frills, good inexpensive food. Princes Park interesting place to wander too.

So much history of the gold rush here, the building are astounding, and the other areas near by are worth travelling too. Check out the Bull & Mouth Hotel, treat yourself to a meal there, you will be delighted.

Unit was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Lots of useful amenities such as kitchen and bathroom supplies. Anne was friendly and helpful suggesting places to eat etc. I got trapped in Maryborough by floods and the unit wasn’t ready for guests but Anne made it ready in two hours which was an amazing effort. My rating would be the same even if the circumstances were different.

We were in Maryborough for Energy Breakthrough. The location of the Motel is local to the town and the event where we needed to be every morning for our time in Maryborough. The room was clean and inviting. The weather was warm so we got to use the aircon which worked quite well. Bar fridge to store our drinks to keep cool was handy.

Great motel in a really central location in Maryborough. We stayed in the Luxury King Room, which was such good value for money - heaps of space, gorgeous modern furnishings, full kitchen, and enormous bathroom. Exceptional customer service from the staff at the Junction Motel also. Thanks so much. We will be back.

Beautiful original building with compact and very comfortable queen room. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the meals - breakfast and dinner, were superb. The bed was quite comfortable, which is unusual in a hotel, we normally find them much too firm. We will be staying there again.

Beautiful home with Art Deco features, with a modern renovation. Every possible comfort provided. Felt like home with the coffee machine, fire, comfortable beds and beautifully appointed bathrooms and kitchen. I suspect the owners have worked in a five star hotel?
