Great property with excellent room choices for families.
Restaurant/room service had lovely menu and the food was delicious.
The pool deck is a great addition and wish we had more time to enjoy it.
Staff were all very friendly, Dion was especially helpful with the EV charger.
Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed overnight on our way to South Gippsland.
We stayed overnight on our way to South Gippsland. We needed to stop and rest, we also had our small dog which was very appreciative being allowed to stay. Have never stayed in Wangaratta before, it was very nice, close to shops and a beautiful park. Will stay again.

To me, Wangaratta is a hidden gem.
I love it!
To me, Wangaratta is a hidden gem.
I love it! I first chose it due to its relative proximity to ski fields, but once i visited the first time, i was in love.
It is a good size regional centre, has an urban flair, but is immersed in its beautiful parks and bike paths to die for! Great as a hub to explore further out (wine and food, ski fields etc) but also lovely to.
chill out by the rivers or some of its many creeks.
I recommend a self guided walk around its historic buildings (pick up the map from Info centre), swim under the main bridge in summer, of course ride a bike, it's mostly flat and easy
The room was clean and the staff that we saw seemed friendly enough. The shower was a surprise because the water was hot and the water pressure was good.
Wangaratta itself is great, the staff at the Information Centre were helpful with things we were looking to find, and there are more than a few great coffee shops for breakfast and lunch. Hint - if you want to eat dinner at the Pinsent Hotel don't forget to book, we didn't and had to find elsewhere for dinner and it looked so nice.
The Quest is a very modern hotel, with the standard and features being better than I would expect in a small town like Wangaratta. The room is a generous size, the bathroom is neat and modern, and the bed was great. A real bonus for me was having access to secure parking - I was travelling to Hobart bringing a car home and I was very happy to have somewhere safe to park. The Hotel was very easy to find, and is only a short walk to the local cafe's, etc.
The location was central in Wangaratta, close to shops, but also very private and quiet. The Manager was welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and kind. The Motel was extremely clean, and although older, very well kept and presented. Although travelling alone, I felt very safe. For a stay on a budget, this property exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back.
Rooms are lovely and clean and look to be recently renovated. Kids had a great time in the pool and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the on-site restaurant. Hotel is also in a great location as can walk to Main Street and a great park which had a number of easy walking trails. Highly recommend if you are planning a visit to Wangaratta or surrounding area.
The renovation in this accommodation is simply stunning. The large, very well equipped apartment is perfect for overnight but would be perfect for an extended stay in Wangaratta. You could easily live there. The attention to detail and provision of amenities were very impressive. Located in the main street, everything is within walking distance.
Warby cottage is a wonderful destination. We loved the view across the paddock to the Victorian Alps. It is a quiet and beautiful location that is a perfect place to relax. A delicious continental breakfast was provided. The host was friendly and helpful and we loved the animals that were nearby.
Motel is a little older but the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly owners who also provided a continental breakfast so it was good value for money. Good position not far from the middle of town and really close to the start of the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail from Wangaratta to Bright.
Clear instructions for entry after hours &/or short notice.
Spacious, amenities such as bathroom were up to date and spotlessly clean. Good wi-fi.. Short walk to central Wangaratta shops. Hosts provided handy advice on where to eat.
the rooms were a very good size, and the hotel provided everything we've requested. All the furniture and facilities were new and clean. very central location to centre of the city, easy to access everything
We have stayed at the Gateway numerous times and will continue to do so (due to family living in Wangaratta). The rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable. Staff are very helpful and courteous.
This, without a doubt, would be the cleanest motel/hotel we have stayed in! Spotless!! Including the pool area and surrounds. Would not stay anywhere else in Wangaratta after staying at Riley's.
Was a great 2 night stay we had , motes extra clean couldn’t fault anything , and the staff were beyond helpful we will definitely be staying there next time we are back in Wangaratta
We were after a hotel where we didn't have use shared spaces - hallways or lifts or carry things upstairs. We like the older style of drive up motels and this one fit the bill well.
The Parkview Motor Inn had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We were pleased to have a separate living room and kitchen rather than just a hotel room.
