Mother’s Day weekend and we were so looking forward to a lovely dinner in Joseph’s restaurant for our stay at Werribee Mansion! My-oh-my, it was anything but!
Frances T’eo listened to my explanation regarding our appalling dining experience, and the pool safety concerns I had, and was genuinely concerned, thank you, Frances.
More than anything, I hope the poor communication between staff and whatever issues they were experiencing is addressed for the dining experience of all future customers.

My family enjoyed every minute of our stay! From the comfort of our rooms to the many things to see & do, our experience was perfect! We stayed at Lancemore mansion hotel & enjoyed the food, the grounds, the mansion, the pool…. It was absolutely beautiful 👌 We also went to the Werribee zoo, absolutely amazing👌

Grounds , room & place was great , unfortunately a fire alarm went off at 4am . As l took my husband away whom is very well ,going outside at 4am was not the best for him . So the relaxing weekend l what for him didn’t work , as we also had loud guests next to us . The hostess was lovely and accommodating of a late checkin. The room itself was quite large and for the price i felt it was good value. Overall it served it's purpose which was the cheapest available place in Werribee to crash for a work stint. I personally would choose nicer for a holiday, but if you just want somewhere to shut eye, it might do fine.
