Great location off the highway with mountain views. The owner, Donna, was very helpful and friendly. Grandaughter enjoyed seeing the goats, sheep and hummingbirds and using the swing. The cabin was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

I had the best nights sleep ever in those comfy beds. The owners have an eye for details and get the little things right. The staff is friendly and helpful and they even try to give you value for your money at the vending machine with many of the options having two items (the main one and a smaller 'bonus'. I got a mini snickers with my bag of m&ms). The location, a 10 minute walk away form Three Ranges Brewing and Glacier Fire Pizza can't be beat.
Nestled in Robson Valley, this B&B is just 15 minutes’ drive from Cariboo Snowcat Skiing. It offers a full breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Breakfast was excellent - homemade granola and yogurt with fresh berries, juice and coffee plus the main with fried potatoes and an egg on toast with greens. It was all lovely.
Friendly host, and functional sleeping courters. After checking in, I discovered that the public aquatics and gym were non functioning. Also my room had a shower, and no tub. Which was only an issue for me because I was not allowed to use the hot tub. Also, no usb outlets. This room has baseboard heating and an AC unit. Most restaurants were closed quite early, except for fast/fake food restaurats. But, that had nothing to do with the Inn. And lastly the information that the host gave me on on the region was nice. As well, as travel advice.

Some shops were not open which is very disappointing. Others have limited days of the week or hours which make it difficult to spend time downtown.
Great views of mountains and mountain bike park was impressive.
Several great outings within half hour of town. Specifically Mt Robson which is spectacular.

The local museum was VERY informative, wonderful exhibits of railway times. Information about the Japanese internment camps was quite enlightening, we had no idea that they existed in this area, and the history of the Canoe River train disaster was truly revealing.
We took a stroll along part of the Cranberry Marsh - beautiful view from atop the observation tower.

If you want to eat in Valemount, go to the Caribou Grill. The food and service is top notch, great! Love it :)
I would stay at the inn again if I was just driving through.

I stop in Valemount once every couple of years as it is the only location with accomodation between Vancouver and Edmonton. Don.t care for it as it is overpriced knowing that people have little choice. Little choice in restaurants and gas is higher than anywhere else on the route.

Never again will we stay here The room was small and the place needs to be demolished. It’s old, smells, and we got up with backaches in the morning. The parking lot was jammed with vehicles. Trades stay here. This place is gouging people with their prices.
Easily accessible hotel just off the highway in the room was easily found. I booked online just a few hours before we arrived. I knew we would be arriving just after midnight, so I called to confirm we could access our room, and the owner was very accommodating and explained how we could find our key. He kindly texted me the information along with my receipt. It made everything very easy once we arrived and the room was super clean. It was perfect.
We have been coming to valemount for 3 years now and by far this was the beat stay. The Cabin was perfect! We have been staying in hotels so visiting time with friends was always cut short or you have to cram into a hotel room, but with the cabin we not only saved money because we were able to cook our own food, but as well as the visiting time was better. We look forward to our next trip there.
Stopped here on the long drive from Vancouver to Edmonton. I was glad they had vacancies. Valemount had very few rooms available and Jasper is way too expensive for a quick stop. Check-in was super easy. The room was clean and quiet, just what I needed after driving for many hours. Central location to walk to the shops. Timmy's next door is a bonus.
The cabin was in the most pristine setting just a couple of km from Valemount shopping. Wish we could have stayed longer. The queen bed was so comfortable while the other two beds were less plush;). The kids hung out with the goats and their dog was super friendly. We know where we will stay if we need a place in Valemount.
The location was very good, with a great walking trail just behind the hotel (cranberry marsh loop). Breakfast was good and there was extra coffee available all day at the lobby. The indoor swimming pool and slide were excellent and were a life saver with the kids during a rainy afternoon.
Three bed room fit well for us sledding in valemount. Hot tub downstairs and friendly staff. Been here a lot great location good parking! Walk to restaurants... we had to head home night 3 for a family emergency staff super understanding and refunded us. Great folks.
This property is a cozy and clean bungalow that has a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and one bedroom. We were able to cook our dinner and there was a plenty of towels we can use. We had a good rest after several hours of driving from Vancouver to Jasper.
This was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. The pool that is advertised hasn’t been open in years, we had no TV because he couldn’t find a remote, the tub filled with water when you flushed the toilet and the bedding was not clean.
I was feeling a bit skeptical about the outside appearance of the hotel building, but once I saw our room, I was blown away. Nice isn’t enough to describe the room. It was so like new, very clean neat and tidy
The breakfast was amazing. Best bacon to go with a diverse offering of hot and cold options.
Unfortunately Bookings.com charged us $30 more per night than what the hotel itself was offering.
I enjoyed staying here as it brought back so many memories. My mother actually managed this hotel when it was called the canoe mountain lodge. We lived in one of the suites on the 2nd floor.
Friendly staff. Room clean and convenient. Close to Mt Robson, Kinney Lake Trail and Rearguard falls.
Glacier Fire Pizzeria in Valemount serves best pizza and ice cream.
