The hotel is newly refurbished to a very high spec. Our room was immaculately clean, was newly decorated to a high standard and beds were so comfortable. Salian at reception was amazing from the moment we arrived, he was so welcoming and his warm, friendly personality was infectious. I really liked the hotel. The best staff we ever had, everyone so polite and helpful! There was always water at reception and some small snacks. We also liked breakfast with lots of home made pastry. The rooms were clean, though pretty small. Location is also great, near all the most important sights. If I go to Prague again I will definitely stay here.

The location was perfect for walking around the beautiful city of Prague. The rooms, though compact, were light and airy, clean and functional. A highlight of our stay was the magnificent breakfast buffet selection, even having sparkling wine at the weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the generous added touches of a welcome bottle of wine, as well as vouchers for free drinks, a voucher for a discount at Cafe Louvre, bottled water at check in and check out, plus souvenir fridge magnets and a voucher towards a future stay, made us feel very special! We'd happily stay here again.
