The hotel manager noticed us looking distressed one morning - we had waited 3 days in vain for the airline to deliver our missing luggage- he insisted on driving us 30km to the airport to help us get it at 12PM, and then spent about an hour with us trying get in contact with the elusive local agent. We loved the location of this hotel which is in a beautiful neighborhood with lovely big historic homes. The receptionist carried our heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs for us, which far exceeded expectations and a full breakfast which was included in the price was served in a bright and welcoming dining room. There was also free and safe street parking close to the inn.
