The location was good. We booked it because it is easy to get to the international congress centre from there (10 minute bus ride), and it was cheaper than the options that were nearer.
There is nothing nearby, and access to the city centre is very difficult.

It is good value for the money, room is nice, it was clean but a bit dusty in the bathroom and around furniture. Room size is normal for standard room, there was everything we need. Staff is nice and helpfull, brekfast weitress were very nice and the reception, they answerd all of our questions. Location is great, 10 min on foot from S bahn to city, and 10 min drive.
