A really nice homely apartment, unlike some rental apartments, which are sparce and cold, El Rinconcito was furnished with a lot of thought and care, which made it feel very welcoming. Sonia was very helpful, and the complex was clean and quiet. We arrived a bit early in the season, so the whole area had not come to life yet, but what we did see looked nice. Not your rowdy beach front venues.

Great place to chill out.
Dan is a great host and will provide you with a splendid evening meal if you so wish.
If you prefer to prep your own meal then there is a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use.
No problem what so ever safely storing my bicycle safely inside.
I would be more than happy to stop here again in the future.

Setting and accommodation are beautiful. Slightly off the main town, the location was peaceful and relaxing. If you have a larger vehicle it may prove challenging to navigate the single track road, but not impossible. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
All you need for a getaway is there. Cheska provides a hairdryer, coffee pod machine (bring your own pods) microwave, washing machine, toaster & all the things needed for your stay.
There is air-conditioning but we didn't need to use it as the evenings were lovely & cool & the breeze was lovely.
The grounds are lovely and there are plenty of areas to sit, in shade or sun and of course the pool, with sunbeds. There is a barbeque area with seating, but we didn't use that as we were out exploring most days and only ate at the apartment one evening.
There is enough parking for 4 cars and the area is gated, so its very safe to leave your vehicle.
Cheska & Javier are wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. We had a fabulous time here and wished we could have stayed longer.

Away from the busy beach area, lovely clean hotel and rooms adequate size with a/c . Parking available outside for free. Dining room meals reasonably priced for a hotel. Coffee bar in the mornings around the swimming pool. Also reasonably priced breakfast as we opted to eat at the hotel, tea & coffee facilities as well as a small bar fridge. Shower was fantastic with plenty of refillable gels, shampoo, conditioner & hairdryer. Plenty of clean towels.
