The entire Bordeaux agglomaration has an excellent public transport network, making Gradignan a comfortable and quiet starting point for visiting the city. Not only the centre is worth seeing, but so is Gradignan itself and Talence.
Upon arrival, we didn’t have the AC room that we requested online however, but they were quick to move us to the proper room. The hospitality was very good at the front desk and also the housekeeping. Our room was small, but all that we needed. The shower pressure good and hot but water sprayed everywhere without a door. Excellent Wi-Fi and hotel location, with nice restaurants, bus stop to central Bordeaux, and supermarket within walking distance. Free parking a plus.
We adored this hotel and will stay here again!!! The staff were OUTSTANDING, the facilities exceptional, the location convenient, easy to park, good restaurant, great breakfast, strong wifi, adjustable AC, plugs near the bed, bed-side reading lights and a patio (I chose a room with a patio and it was lovely)! Printed information about the area and the hotel was thoughtfully provided! VERY dedicated and terrific house-keeping staff! Excellent on every level!
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were superb, Very accommodating and polite. If this hotel was in Bordeaux city it would have been perfect but it was a little bit further out of town than we anticipated although this is our issue and not that of the hotel. Apart from this, we could not fault the hotel. We were four middle aged men travelling to Bordeaux for the Rugby World Cup.
The location is excellent for visiting the Universite Bordeaux and the Parc Thouars in Talence. It was also a short cab ride from the airport and Vieux Bordeaux was easily accessible by walking/tram. The 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (separate toilette), kitchen and living/dining space was big enough for two couples. Short walk to an Intermarche with everything you need.
Check-in was very quick but quite informative and the room was just great. We took the evening meal in the terrace outside and both food and wine were very tasty with a friendly and attentive service. The hotel is located in the middle of a service cluster, but very close to highway access, just perfect for someone transiting to/returning from Spain.
This is a very nice hotel, and we only used it for a stopover during travels. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped. There was a coffee tray, and we had all we needed. We had no time in the morning to taste the breakfast, as we were leaving early. We'll certainly book it again.
Second time at this hotel and it’s perfect for when you’re on a road trip. Staff is very attentive and try to accommodate your requests. Nice breakfast, room was clean. Quiet hotel.
One of the EV chargers was not working but they managed to get me a different charger to use. Thank you!
staff were really great. The location is convenient but not exactly attractive. Rooms were clean, nice and comfortable and decorated with a little more personality than hotels of this type usually offer. The breakfast was also pretty decent.
Superb Hotel, modern facilities in the hotel, Bedroom space is very generous with separate toilet and office area. dressing gowns were provided. Very comfortable bed and very quiet area. Secure free parking. Close access to main motorway.
I was surprised to see it was a student residence, because it was more like a hotel, or a small apartment. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was nice. Security was good as well.
