Impressive building, with exquisite interior but basic bedroom. The town is now rather forgotten and Le Grand Hotel appears to be the only hotel still in business. Good dinner.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We would like to thank again to the nice lady that was on duty the evening we stayed in. Very good and tasty dinner and breakfast. Very clean and really big room. A great choice for experiencing a traditional inn.

This is a pleasant country house hotel in a lovely wooded valley setting on the edge of town. The annex is somewhat lacking in charm but we acknowledge that this is reflected in the price when compared to rooms in the main hotel. We felt welcome on arrival and the staff were attentive throughout. The extensive garden is a real delight and we had a very good breakfast outside sitting under a mature walnut tree. The restaurant was pleasingly busy and the food was excellent. The chef seems to have opted for a short menu format presumably in order to sustain his high standards as against providing a wider choice for residents staying for several nights.

The city itself and the nature around are beautiful, however it's not much going on there. It is an abandoned town and most of the shops are bankrupt. We stayed 3 nights there with 2 small kids and besides the communal pool and the playground at our accommodation there was not much to do.

Top location, being in the middle of heart of the village but still having enough silence around us. Perfect traditional French apartment with beautiful antiek interior. Despite being a little village, still we have had enough to do in the neighbourhood with the kids. Few but good food shops around. In the evening sitting on the balcony and looking at the stars while enjoying the silence around me, was the highlight of my trip. There is one mini supermarket in the village which sells the freshly baked croissants but you have to buy it as early as possible otherwise it’s sold out around 9.30 already. Mini golf, swimming pool, parc miniature, parcour climbing. Beautiful forests and many more to do.
Disliked · In these times having no access to internet is a big problem, especially when you are travelling with the kids. The other problem was that the matras wasn’t comfy. It would be nice if people can have good rest on comfy beds.

Once a fashionable (C19th ?) spa resort but now fading.
Once a fashionable (C19th ?) spa resort but now fading. Several empty 'grand' hotels dotted around - some others still operating. Various architectural municipal buildings. Limited bars & restaurants available but a few fast food outlets. Overnight passing through but wouldn't stay for a weekend.

Beautiful restored farmhouse in a lovely setting, very conveniently placed to explore the historic spa town of Plombieres Les Bains a few miles away. The room and facilities were excellent and the owners were extremely helpful and available all the time to answer queries. A lovely breakfast was provided. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it to others.. Very many thanks for your marvelous hospitality.
They where very nice. Internet doesnt work in the rooms, but ist is indicated in the description. The heating was working more or less, but wenn we contacted the owner he was always helpfull und very quick.
It was a very quiet place, you need the car if you want to visit other places, but there is a lot of nature there and people very nice.
The thermes are not working, but we didn´t go there for this reason.
the two gentlemen running the hotel were extremely kind, helped us with everything and during the breakfast they were continuously making sure everyone had what they wanted. during our stay a lady became unwell and they made sure she was comfortable while the ambulance staff helped her. the town and location are beautiful. nice little balcony as well. we bike a lot so we were away and enjoyed the environment a lot!
Quiet location just 1 km from the amazing village of Plombieres-les-Bains. The apartment had everything for a long stay - a dishwasher, clothes washer, full kitchen. The hosts are lovely and the property is very comfortable. They have goats who wander around too!
