I requested a ground floor room as my wife walks with the aid of crutches and was given a brand new disabled room with personal parking. Had to change date of stay but had no internet at holiday cottage to contact Booking.com, no problem to your staff. Extremely impressed. Thank you.

    Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderfully clean room and excellent food options in the restaurant. We used the hotel as it was only ten minutes away for an event at Statfold Barn Railway the next day. Easy to get to as not far from the M42 and also very close to Twycross Zoo! Would thoroughly recommend this location and would definitely stay again!

It was the closest accommodation we could find for a festival weekend. We did not do anything other than sleep and eat breakfast at Appleby Magna itself but the environment looked quaint and not far from historic places of interest.

    Not impressed.

Not impressed. Isn't hard to keep it looking good and clean if you have cleaners. Honestly won't be going back. Pillows like concrete and the mattress way too hard Dirty in many places We wasn't sure about ordering breakfast but in the morning we clearly saw a few breakfast plates with all the best bits left. .shame as its in a very good spot and could be so much better without much effort.

The room was very clean, beds were big and comfy, our room was cleaned when we were away. Breakfast was delicious, they were taking our order and prepare it on spot, it was fresh and tasty, my kids loved it. The hotel has a also a big restaurant, which was full every evening, many locals eat there, which is another confirmation that they cook well. They have a big parking place, free of charge.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Parking was very close to room. Food was fantastic. The dining staff helped me put together a birthday party for my husband - even driving to the store to pick up cakes. They were fantastic. 2nd time we stayed at the Appleby and it will be our only destination hotel anytime we visit my husband’s home!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the food quality was very high and the size of the rooms were surprisingly very big. For the price of the booking I was expecting the size of a small chain hotel room. Instead we had very large rooms which were more suite sized than room sized. We have already booked our return stay for next year.

It was such a lovely hotel. We had an accessible room due to my husband being disabled, it was really great for him and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and great to have a fridge in the room. The staff were very friendly and so helpful, they brought a meal to our room for us. The breakfast was lovely and plenty to offer.

I stayed at the Appleby Hotel for 3 nights with my son aged 3 and my sister and my two nieces aged 9 and 3 for our visit to Drayton Manor/Thomas Land which was a 20min drive away. Staff were very accommodating, comfy bed, rooms cleaned, great breakfast and a variety to choose from. A park in the beer garden which the kids enjoyed!
