This is our second time at this hotel, and we were made very welcome again. The room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable throughout. It has a massive bath and walk-in shower. It also has a fantastic view of the ships that dock there. Will definitely be going again.

Very outdated facllities . Needed enhanced cleaning of room and maintenance needed eg loose plug sockets stained shower curtains and poor drainage in sink . Cobwebs on ceiling and stains on wall . Main lights not working . Not worth the money charged

Bromborough, where I grew up as a child, is an ideal...
Bromborough, where I grew up as a child, is an ideal location for visiting the local towns of Chester and Liverpool, as it is located on both train and bus networks, with frequently running services at very reasonable fares. The historic town of Chester, the Lady Lever Art Gallery at Port Sunlight, and Liverpool City Centre, with it´s many tourist attractions are all within easy reach.
Bromborough itself, has a large shopping centre, just outside the village, but within easy walking distance, as well as the original village centre, with a wide range of shops and restaurants.

The accommodation is separated from the pub so there is no noise from people leaving the pub. The room was clean and nicely spaced. The shower was OK but as this was fed from the bath taps it wasn't very powerful but it did the job.

Staff lied to us and we were left to sleep in a car for the night after travelling over 6 hours to there we booked on booking and arrived and told we weren’t aloud to pay cash I was advised by staff if I found someone to pay on cars we could stay so we did and then they denied us to stay and said that was not aloud that night we could not find any other accommodations and had to sleep in our car u till traveler back the following day
We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who offer for us to park our bikes in front of the hotel entrance. Food was good and exactly what we needed. Staff went out of their way to assure we had a good stay and a flawless check in for our return (ferry arrived at 2 am in the morning).
Beds were super comfy, everything else clean.
Breakfast was good, too. Was a nice stay on our way to IoM.
The bed was lovely and comfortable, had a great night's sleep.
Lots of hot water for baths.
As much tea/ coffee etc as you wanted, very welcome for avid tea drinkers.
11 o'clock departure a bonus.
We didn't have the hotel breakfast as we met family later on for brunch in the pub.
Food was fantastic, plenty, hot and well presented.
The food dishes on the Pesto Italian menu and the cooked breakfast both are great.
It’s convenient for driving to Bebington, Birkenhead and elsewhere in Bromborough.
The dining areas are very attractive and the hotel is a historic property.
The local countryside is lovely.
It was a comfortable pleasant stay. However, due to error in location we had to pay extra with no breakfast. The staff at the Whiston hotel were great but could not reach the Wirral hotel by phone so we had to rebook and pay extra. Not great service.
The property was well located for a family event. The hotel was cosy, comfortable and very welcoming. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice each morning and again the staff were very friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really lovely, great service and lovely food.
It was so easy to check in and out for our stay. All the staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough with anything we needed during our stay. The room was very clean and the facilities of the hotel were great.
Nice cosy hotel perfect for the solo traveller. Breakfast was a la carte and superb, served by very polite staff. Located 5 mins walk to Bromborough station. Def recommend.
Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. Good facilities with having a Starbucks on site and a great choice of food and drinks! Gym and pool gives you a good few options.
