Check in was quick and easy, on site parking was right by the door and the pod was clean and cosy. Everything you could need was readily available and the location was perfect. Quite and peaceful grounds but only a short walk or drive to the local attractions. Loved our regular duck visitors and watching the hares come out at night! Thank you for a wonderful few days!

Chapel St Leonards is a quieter holiday option - with Skegness 5mins drive away or 30mins walk by the sea .
The area is very flat - easy walking .
Anderby creek is reached by a nice beach walk - seals swim by regularly, wading and sea birds to be seen.
The North Sea observatory is an ideal viewpoint ,informative and a well stocked cafe.
Ideal for dogs and children - the beach slopes but reveals a flat sandy beach when the tide goes out - ideal for playing in the sea .

Nice little town, with plenty to do just needs a few more gift shops and grocery shops like a Tesco express or Morrisons express.
Lots of eateries and places to drink
Needs more attention to the beach BUT is a good size

Chapel St Leonards is a great in between location to stay not far from Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Skegness. Has great bus routes. Lovely clean beaches.. As long as you take your rubbish home with you x Garden Centre, Strawberry picking in season, Car boot sales easily accessible.
Plenty of Tat/ Souvenir Shops. Great All Rounder Place to stay.
Only Down side.. Not many if any food places have vegetables on the menu's except Sunday Roasts, unless you like peas. / side salad.

Fabulous bungalow with everything we needed in a very quiet location. Perfect for our 2 little dogs with a back garden and walking distance into chapel village and the beach. North Sea observatory worth a visit and Chapel garden centre does lovely food and it's dog friendly too. Anna the owner of the bungalow was lovely and gave us good clear communication. We look forward to booking again 😀
This place was really nice, clean, specious, quiet, just what we needed for a holiday with a dog. The garden is really big and private, perfect for dogs. The house is well equipped with kitchen stuff and the bathroom has shampoos, conditioners, bath wash etc. Beds are pretty comfy. I loved the house and the village and enjoyed the weekend away all together. I will be back.
Love this location and Lincolnshire weather never lets us down over the years. The granchildren loved the play park and the quieter nature of the park was advantageous for them whilst the facilities close were good. The owner of teh caravan was always on hand for any issues or information to call her and that was most reassuring.
The caravan was perfect for me and my children, it was clean and the first caravan I've stopped in where I didn't need a week to recover from an uncomfortable mattress. The location is perfect, not too far from the beach, plenty of pubs, clubs, arcades and shops on the doorstep! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
Lovely and peaceful. Fourth time here as we love it so much. Julie in the office is amazing and cant do enough for you.
Very dog friendly. Definitely book and see how nice it is. my husband loves the fishing and i like the fact his literally a few feet away. Very handy when the kettles on!
The room was very well decorated, simple and stylish. Breakfast was very good, service was quick and friendly. Overall service was great. Hotel is located right in the heart of the village and a stones throw away from village green, shops etc and short walk to the beach. Ideal location.
Very close to the beach and North Sea observatory and set on a beautiful site with a couple of lakes. Everything (mostly) was there that you needed and for the price it was great value for money.
With the weather being scorching the sun beds were an unexpected delight.
The staff appeared to be pissed off.. very unhelpful and unfriendly
There was a fire alarm at midnight and we discovered that there was no hotel reps on-site
There is no furniture in the rooms - not even a chair!
Clean and pleasant spacious property, very good location for visiting surrounding nearby attractions and beaches, situated in a quiet residential area with massive garden, pet friendly and secure
Lovely caravan, master Bedroom is really spacious, if you like to be out of the way on the site it’s perfect, lots of facilities for all ages, pubs, swimming, arcades, beach. Was a lovely stay.
Great location for a quieter holiday. Walking distance to the beach and small arcades. Nicely decorated inside and had everything we needed like a kettle, microwave, hoover etc etc
It was close to all amenities and pubs. Walking distance to the best fish & chip shop ‘Plaice On The Park’ on South Road. 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beach.
