The room upgrade was great. Breakfast was very nice, and all of the staff were very friendly. Our room was a good size, plus we loved having a TV in the bathroom. We will be coming back to this hotel when we are next in London for the weekend.

Excellent stay!! The room was fabulous and the customer service from every single person I passed and spoke to make the experience all more wonderful. Breakfast was great with a vast choice to choose from. Just a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be returning!

Room was big enough but with the chair close to bed for desk, not much space to move around. Shower brilliant and rest of the bathroom good. Fresh towels and bathroom cleaned on our second day, lovely to come back to.
