I liked the location of the hotel as it's on top of a hill and the views from my bedroom were lovely. I chose this hotel because of the leisure facilities, it was great to be able to use the pool. The breakfast was a little too greasy for me but still lovely and the staff were helpful.

Everything from checking in, requesting an extra day's stay at short notice and checking out was a very pleasant experience. I had some specific needs that Angela's team responded to and exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect for my needs and well decorated, prepared and maintained. The food experience was also very rewarding. I had breakfast and evening meals; the choice was varied and the standard can only be described as delightful. The staff were very professional and caring which was an important element of making my stay one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.
