I can’t fault The White Heather Hotel, from the moment we walked through the door and met the lovely lady on reception till the time we left. Great night sleep followed by a fantastic breakfast. We will definitely be coming back .

The Imperial is a gem! Perfect location with delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless and comfortable with an amazing sea view.
The food in the restaurant was tasty and well presented, service was attentive without being intrusive.

Everything we wanted to see was highly accessible and nearby. Colwyn beach itself was a great sight as well as the bay. We were able to visit a variety of sights such as; conwy castle, Llandudno pier/promenade/beach, dyserth waterfall, Denbigh castle and others. We had our own transport which made this easy!
