The place was nice and clean. There is a private beach in front of it. The owner let us use his paddle board and we had a lot of fun with it. There are all the appliances for cooking, baking or making a barbecue. We liked the place very much!

Mike was waiting for us at the property which was great as we had requested an earlier check in :) Mike was an amazing host, so helpful and attentive, always available when needed. Friendly and full of advice on the area.
Apartment was excellent with every facility required. An amazing 70 inch TV with steaming service.
Beds very comfortable. Apartment very clean and comfortable with Air Con. Wi-Fi excellent even outside the property.
Secure carparking. Large pool and jacuzzi and electric barbeque, all spotlessly clean. On arrival the fridge was stocked with fruit juice, water, milk, soda and even beer, and a coffee machine with fresh coffee beans how amazing to have that on arrival :)
Never met a better host. Thanks Mike for making our stay so enjoyable.

Location was perfect. A stones throw from the peoples square in historic old town and apart from the street cleaners exceptionally quiet at night.
Bathroom was large with large shower, window.
10 times better value and than the other more expensive hotel we stayed at.

The beach was nice, with a lot of spaces, the village nice and quite. There is only one bakery at the main road, but there are more restaurants, grill bars too. The meal was perfect and for a good price. Zadar is close, Nin too, we could visit.

A small village next to the sea, 10min. drive to Zadar, close to the town of Nin. The sea is beautiful but with sea urchins, some pebble beaches but also concrete beaches. Supermarkets nearby (not really walking distance). On the main road there are restaurants and bar, almost no services on the beach (showers, sea sports, bars, etc.)- but very quiet. We liked Kožino. The beach is quiet narrow, can get crowded.

Kozino is the perfect destination for families with children who want a quiet getaway, far from the stress of job and day-to-day life. It's beautiful, clean, and safe. There is one small market and one beach-side restaurant and bar, and that was plenty for us!

Suitable for people looking for quiet locality by the sea.
Suitable for people looking for quiet locality by the sea. Only one restaurant+lounge bar by the sea . You have to walk or use car to get to the reastaurant, no coffe place by the sea. Using biicykles suitable for people with good physical condition or electrical bikes.
Beautiful and modern family-run hotel with exceptional food and the friendliest staff. It provides a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Our trip to Croatia centered around the beach and this hotel was very close to a beach with sandbars. There is also a ropes park in walking distance. The hotel pool was perfect to relax when the beach got crowded or too hot. At a reasonable extra cost, an airport shuttle is also available, as well as tours that have pickup and drop off from the hotel, so you don't have to drive to Zadar for a meeting spot.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I shared some wonderful homemade wine with the owner one evening by the pool, and he never asked any payment for it. The pool was exceptional. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The beach was very close. There's a restaurant/bar and small market within reasonable walking distance (15 minutes max). There's not much to do in Kozino, but we actually liked that! A nice, quiet destination, good for families with small children.
I had an amazing time at Sunset Beach. Was looking for a place to spend the night and the staff (Ivona) was really friendly and helpful with all her advices and information. I really enjoyed the sea view from my apartment and just relaxing on the sun terrace by the pool. If you have time, take a walk from Kozino to Petrcane, there is a lovely hidden road just next to the property. I recommend this to everyone!
Very good location close to Zadar --- close to Nin beach sandy one --- close to Kožino beach as well.
Very nice sized pool also very clean + sunbeds and great table under pergola with white grapes.
Igor - owner is very nice man with perfect English always ready to help and advice.
I want to back there again next year.
Villa Anita is very nice, modern, brand new and comfortable, in the peaceful part of Kozino and close to the beach. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. A really nice place for a family stay.
A small, but very comfortable apartment, totally perfect for vacation in Kozino! High quality furniture, fine milieu, nice accessories. Close to the shore and the beach.
The staff of this hotel was great. They were very accommodating to our family and ready to assist. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met.
The apartment was amazing right in front of the sea, clean and fully equipped. Just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. Kozino is a nice little village.
This is a nice hotel if you are looking for something a bit quieter, with a relaxing pool area, modern design and easy access to the beach and local restaurants.
