The house is right next to the sea, it has its own little beach as well. The garden is beautiful, with an outdoor seating area and grill. The apartments were quiet and air-conditioned. Our host was always around, helpful and made us feel welcome.

Very good location right by the seaside and the promenade. Concrete and tiny sand beach right in front of the building. The main sand beach (St. Maria) of Stara Novalja is about 500 meters away. Stara Novalja is a rather quiet seaside village visited mostly by families with small children. The apartment is nice and modern. Quite a number of utensils in the kitchen (cheese grater would be appreciated though). Comfortable bed. Nice and spacious balcony with great sea view. Overall good value for money.

As regular guests of this hotel, we've always enjoyed its superb location with scenic views and proximity to the city center. The room is big and nicely decorated, the pool and sauna are enjoyable amenities, and the hotel staff continues to be friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is decent but nothing special, with the same selection offered daily.
