Location superb, staff superb and rooms nicely decorated. Good food, decent bar nice restaurant (though sadly closed on the Saturday night).
Lift available for those that need.
Would love to be fit enough for round of golf as the course and greens looked really great.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are exceptional, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, the food was amazing and the rooms are cosy and spacious. Unfortunately, there were some fire doors outside our room and they were really loud when they banged shut and kept us awake but except from that we had a great stay and were treated to complimentary treats upon arrival and champagne with our meal for our anniversary.

Beautiful first floor room in the farmhouse, gorgeous surrounds with an amazing view of the lake and mountains beyond. Bedroom, kitchen and lounge were very well fitted, better than many 5 star hotels I've stayed in whilst still being very comfortable. Room had a fridge which is the first time we've that in hotels or B&B and is something we needed. Only stayed one night but really would loved to have stayed longer.DarrenSingapore

Above the reception is a lovely tranquil area to read a book or just chill out. The room was spotlessly cleaned and has a warm sense to it. I stayed in a room on the second floor of the original farmhouse. The room was nice with a great view toward Blessington Lake. Guests can walk from the house down to the lake, and there were chickens, cows, horses, and donkeys on site. The breakfast was very good with great options and homemade pastries.
