It's literally a couple of minutes from the ferry terminal. We were met by the owner. Everything is clean and set up for people who are staying one night going to the ferry first thing in the morning. So fir us it was perfect. They have a keep it quiet policy as most guests are getting up early.

All good, quiet..that is what we needed, only missing a sink downstairs to wash our hands, Also, a kettle was not in the kitchen, and there was no paper or cloth downstairs in the dining/kitchen area to clean after or before we used the table. Even though it was clean, I prefer to clean the area before I eat. But handy as you no need to wash your used dishes:) as was a separate table to leave used dishes.
We have not met an owner or staff, but my child, when he went to look at the chicks did and he was nice to him :) thank you
