Relaxing and comfortable hotel in a great position. Short walk to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Lovely view of the sea from our room. Also, great views of sea and mountains from the rooftop terrrace. Lovely breakfasts. What made it special were the very friendly staff, especially Luigi and Raffaello on reception.

We stayed at San Montano for 3 nights of our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. It was the perfect place to relax, with great food and drinks, in beautiful surroundings. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times; the accommodation was so comfortable, spotless and nicely designed and they kindly upgraded our room when we arrived.
Breakfast (with a wonderful view) was delicious, with lots of variety. We had the best massages we’ve ever had and the indoor spa was lovely. The shuttle system down to Lacco Ameno and San Montano Bay was excellent and so efficient. The beach itself is gorgeous!
The pools and the grounds were genuinely heavenly - to have a warm bath whilst looking over sea and mountains, with the smell of lemons, rosemary, bougainvillea surrounding you is something very memorable.

We stayed six nights total. This is really, really fantastic hotel! Our spacious room had the nicest view to the beutiful port. Lot of lovely restaurants and cocktail bars were just next to the hotel. Breakfast was good with variaty of sweet and savoury delights, fruits, youghurts etc., and they table served the coffee of your choice and toasted your bread. The service was great and flexible all-the-way: not only brekfast, but also by the pool and at the reception. The house keeping did great job as well.
Really warm terme pools were amazing, and it was nice to stay in them even if it was cool or cloudy day. Pool area is really beautiful with all the plants and flowers. The view from the roof terraces and from the pool was spectacular and you see Vesuvio and everything <3

Exceptional hotel, had an accident while I was there, (not on the premises) and we were looked after so well by manager and staff. Our rooms were changed to facilitate my injury, taxis to and from the hospital, everything taken care of. The food was fresh and good quality, facilities amazing, 6 pools and all thermal so even though it's May they were warm to swim in. Definitely going back next year.

Wow, wow, wow. Location is amazing. We had a room with a balcony which was huge. Amazing views. Right on the water. Bed was fine, bathroom fine (shower pressure very low), towels, bathroom products supplied. Room light and airy. Owners were very friendly. Breakfast was great.
Just be prepared to walk along part wooden planks and part beach to get there. Yes you will have to carry your bags!
There is. Water taxi available if needed for a price but honestly wasn’t that hard!
Used the bus t9 get around, also hired scooters one day - lots of fun.
Walk over to Sant Angelo about 20-30 minutes and extremely up and down hill. We walked nearly every day. No food or convenience store nearby (Sant Angelo) so eat food at the hotel was lovely, or along at one of the other restaurants along the water.
