My time at Poggio delle Molare was amazing. It was just what I needed relaxing yet plenty to do like get in the hot tub, swim in the stunning pool, walk down the road to the amazing restaurant I ate at both nights during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was incredible and my room was beautiful. I woke up early and watched the sun rise on my private deck overlooking the Italian countryside in my plush robe provided for me. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in too! The owner Monica was amazing and helped me get there safely even accommodating me when I needed to check in a little late. I can not wait to go back!

The Restaurant is stellar, with local and typical roman menues nicely interpretated by the chef , and also a very good quality for the price. Highy recommended!

A wonderful, spacious apartment close to the centre of town, with a private parking space. La Corte del Principe is clean, comfortable, modern, well presented and very well equipped. It has lovely balcony with table and chairs, and a fabulous shower in the main bathroom. We highly recommended the apartment for a stay close to Lake Bracciano, Rome and to bars, restaurants and shops. A real home from home, with a courteous and polite owner.

The care taker came to the train station to pick me up, and together we walked to the apartment. Great!!!
A beautiful romantic place near Rome. The accessibility to Rome by train or car is perfect. The train goes to Rome after 30 minutes. By car you can reach the city using the motorway in 40 min. If you park your car in the parking house at the Jonio or Laurentina metro terminus, you have the opportunity to explore Rome in the evening until 0:15, when the garages close. Parking costs just 1.5 EUR.
However, the town of Bracciano itself is worth the tour, including the castle and the shores of the volcanic lake.

Lovely place!
Lovely place! Walking through the oldest part of the town is like stepping back 600 years. Then a coffee in one of the many friendly little bars, followed by a visit to the Italian Air Force Museum. Bliss!

Bracciano is a very good landing point for visiting Rome.
Bracciano is a very good landing point for visiting Rome. It is much less expensive, and has frequent train connections to central Rome. The town is very cute, with a typical old historical center, a big fat old castello, and many restaurants and bars. There are also two other very nice towns on the lake: Trevignano and Anguillara. Both are worth a visit.

Bracciano is a medieval town around 40km north of Rome.
Bracciano is a medieval town around 40km north of Rome. This means that it is easily accessible from Rome's airports. The town is dominated by its magnificent castle, Castello Orsini-Odescalchi, which definitely merits a visit. Just off the castle is the main square, surrounded by some excellent restaurants and bars. There are also other outlets in the streets just off the square that merit a visit.
Apart from the centre, Bracciano has its lake, which is quite busy during the summer days. This is definitely worth a visit or two (or three!) during your stay.
I would recommend a tour of the military airforce museum, which is very well-organised with hundreds of artefacts.
A couple of villages that border the lake are also worth a visit - Trevignano and Anguallara Sabazia.

A picturesque town, close to Rome, well communicated with the capital by train or by car. The town is on the hill, so coming back from the lake means a climb. Still, the swim in the lake is delicious. The old town area and the castle are worth visiting and offer a respite from bustling Rome.

The town of Bracciano is located within one hour by train from Rome. The town itself has plenty of restaurants and a few historic monuments. You can also go down to the lake and spend time at the local beach.
I know the area a bit, I visit Bracciano often and I stayed in this cosy apartment twice, as a solo traveler once and with a family member the second time. The place is truly well kept, cosy, superclean, checking in is easy with a keybox, communication was great, and the apartment is equipped with basics above the average Booking.com apartment in the area, especially the kitchen. The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, shops, restaurants, the historical center, but also with windows blocking the railway sounds well.
The host met us at the train station which was nice. He walked us through and gave a few tips. The apartment was in the perfect location in the center and a very short walk to the train station, great restaurants, and the castle. Spacious, with a wonderful shower and heat, it is updated, very modern, and comfortable which is rare in the area. There are even 2 little balconies if you want to enjoy some fresh air. The lake was about a 20 minute walk that was more of a hike because it was downhill and uphill. Definitely would recommend.
Excellent location, close to restaurants and bars. The castle is very nearby and worth a visit. There is a pleasant walk to the lake but with an uphill climb on the way back.
Bracciano is 30-40 minutes by car to Fiumancino airport so was a convenient spot for our friends needing to go to the airport the next day.
Marco was a very helpful host, facilitating finding the nearby free parking and helping with our luggage.
The cozy front yard with a great set for dining and sitting. It also has a terrace on top of the house that is perfect for enjoying the sunrise over the lake and the view over the lake. The location is ideal if a person wants to just cross the street and be at the beach lake. There’s a open beach portion right in front, and the organized stretches just on each side. The owners are super nice, helpful, and responsive.
The hotel is renovated and perfectly clean. The location is optimal for the town - very near to the railway & bus stations, and just under the castle. Restaurants, bars and cafes are all around the place. The wifi is stable and strong in every corner of the hotel. Extremely friendly owners. Highly recommended!
Very modern, nice and clean 2 level apartment in a cozy condominium. There were lots of parking places and very nice and helpful host. Not far from apartment is Bracciano town - really worth seeing it. Easy connection to Rome via train from railway station. Place is very quiet! My recommendations!
- Nice are and less than 10min walk to Bracciano train station where you can go to Rome for €3.60 one way per person
- Very close to Bracciano Castle and very close for a view of the lake
- Kitchen so you can cook something yourself
- Self-check in is nice
The accommodation is within walking distance of everything I needed. It was in a picturesque medieval neighborhood overlooking the lake. There were plenty of options for dinner nearby, and the area was very active in the evening.
The property is within a two minute walk to the centre of Bracciano. In fact, most of the time during the evening we didn't use the car, but walked to the main square for dinner at one of the numerous excellent restaurants there.
This hotel shows signs of being a great property at one time and clearly needs a bit of TLC.
Nevertheless, staff were friendly and the coffee is the best I have ever had in my life!
Host met us to give the keys. Nice castle to visit in the town and a view of the lake from the deck. Washing machine available. Induction stove! Never used one of those before.
