Hotel is a little different from anywhere else. We stayed in the Jazz area of the hotel. The large Lobby has lots of jazz memorabilia together with a shop selling jazz themed items, plus lots of chocolate 🍫.
The rooms were very comfortable with a massage chair, comfy bed, and a decent bathroom.
The breakfast room food selection was terrific, with items replenished quickly if they ran out.
All in all a good choice of hotel in Perugia, albeit a little out of town, though the TS bus runs past the hotel, and links the railway station, and the city centre.
There is a terrific Gelataria around 100m away that is open until late at night.
The unique chocolate-themed Chocohotel offers free indoor parking and free Wi-Fi. It is located just 1 km from Perugia Train Station and historic centre.

Lovely hotel with a cool interior style in a great location. I loved the black-and-white pattern tiles in my bathroom and the cute balcony. The staff was very friendly and there is a restaurant on site. Also just a few metres down the road from the best gelato-place in town.
Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool with glass floor, revealing 3,000-year-old Etruscan ruins. Just one of the luxuries you will enjoy at Hotel Brufani Palace.

The unique decor and ambience of the hotel was quite special, and so welcoming to return to every day. Our very quiet room with a balcony looked over the roof tops, and there was always lots of light. The breakfast smorgasbord was extensive and delicious, with something for every taste.

The service at this historical cute hotel was good, its location and additional breakfast were commendable. It was placed just at the entrance to the city, and close to Minimetro station for transport.

As we planned to use Perugia as our base, we wanted to be close to the city center, but also be able to easily leave the city by car to visit other locations. Thus, the Hotel Europa was perfect for our needs. The view from our room was excellent, the room was fairly comfortable and breakfast was decent. The hotel also provides affordable parking on site.
Surrounded by private woods and landscaped gardens, Posta Donini - Historic Hotel is set in the former 17th-century summer residence of the aristocratic Donini family.

Close to Perugia and Assissi, but with peace and convenience away from the crowds.
We stayed at Relais del Olmo and ate at the restaurant most evenings. Fabulous spot!
Ventured into Ellera for lunch and found La Belle Vie on the corner of Via Antonio Gramsci and Via Verdi. We had the kebab, espresso's and bottled water for less than 15euro. Loved it! We walked and drove in Ellera and took a couple of wrong turns, but managed to recover without incident.
We loved the location of Ellera as a great base, as it is close to Perugia and Assissi. We did not use public transport in Ellera as we had the car.
Very nice and very clean appartment in a pleasant and safe residential area in Ellera/Perugia. Communication with the host was very good - she is extremely friendly and answers promptly. We felt very comfortable!
