Location was excellent, only a stones throw away from the monorail station and had a lovely park with lovely view of the river. There was family mart and 7/11 near by as well and many good eateries around. It was also near a donki. 15mins monorail ride from airport. There is a taxi stand just outside the hotel as well.

Good svc from staff - one staff helped me with booking of taxi to catch my flight, and good that he was able to converse in Mandarin which made it easier. Room was spacious, clean. The pillow was flat and hard, but when I informed room svc, I had softer pillows sent to me very quickly.

The rooms were very comfortable with a great view, really nice interior decorating and very spacious bathroom compared to most Japanese hotels in this price range. The hot springs and sauna facilities were great too. It was also convenient having a 24-hour store in the lobby. It was close to the beach as well. I also liked the rooftop bar and pool.

A town that has a lot to offer especially if you are willing to get off the tourist track. Many side alleys with great shops, friendly owners and local customers willing to help. There are multiple places to eat throughout the city, so after you visit the tourist areas take time to find a hidden gem o your own.

The trip to Peace Memorial and cenotaph was moving.
I just wish the city can implement more sustainable practices eg., waste segregation.

Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen.
Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen. With convenient traffic, you would enjoy the tropical island and unique culture. There are countless restaurants with savory dishes and cuisine near the hotel. Last but the least, the tax free policy of Japan would encourage you to buy tons of gifts for your family.

It's very easy to navigate Naha.
It's very easy to navigate Naha. Even though it's challenging since I don't read Japanese very well but with the little that I know I was able to navigate and find my way around. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores to choose from.

Thanks for giving me wonderful memories of my trip to Okinawa!
I loved my stay here. I had a layover and chose the hotel because it was within a 10min cab ride. I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel. The entire hotel from the entrance, lobby, and rooms are very elegant. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great as it had a deep bath and shower with a bench. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Okinawa.
We stayed on the 9th floor which had access to free beer/wine/coffee and snacks. We felt this was really valuable and enjoyed having access to these amenities. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. So much variety! The roof pool came in handy because it was so hot and humid when we were in Okinawa. It was really nice to be able to take a break at the pool.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in total as we were stuck due to typhoon (all flights had been cancelled and couldn’t leave Okinawa). It was a crazy storm outside and some hotel staff must have had some concerns of their own home or family, yet they kept it very professional. I was very impressed with their dedication and care for customers.
Sun Palace is a nice but dated hotel in the heart of Naha. The Yui Rail is a short walk away, as are Japan's popular convenience stores. Their breakfast was great; they served it ryokan-style. A rotating video helps you find spots to visit in Naha that might not have made it onto your itinerary.
breakfast was good , it covers the varieties of okinawa's specialties .
location very convenient for tourists as shopping and food are all within walking
room was clean, staffs are very friendly and polite .
room is typical of Japanese , small and double bed was small for our standard.
Check in & parking was easy! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We loved the bottomless drinks! It is such a great deal. The hot spring was perfect and plenty of seating to relax and drink. This is our new favorite hotel in Okinawa. Restaurants and bars are a short walk away!
New hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. They offer parking for ¥1200 per day and breakfast for ¥1600. It's not right in town, about a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride to the main shopping area Naha Kokusai Dori. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the price.
It's a hidden gem in Naha, walkable distance from Kokusai st and bunch of options for local dine-out spots.
Not a hotel room but reasonable, comfy stay, close from local bars which has "Senbero" system(mostly cost 1000JPY for 3drinks n 1 api) n market
Convenient location. Walkable distance to Rail station, Kokusai St, makishi public market, bars and eateries. The Manager is very kind, understanding and helpful. We were able to rent a car to explore other part of Okinawa.
We stayed for 3 nights during our Okinawa trip celebrating our minimoon, the hotel prepared a lovely surprise for us it was super lovely! Thank you!
It's close to the Kokusai Street and Yui-rail station too, super convenient.
Breakfast was a mix of Okinawan and mainland options. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Staff was courteous. Hotel has a pool and sauna, but both are charged extra, per person and per day, ended up not making use of it.
The breakfast is great. It includes almost every popular Okinawa traditional and delicious food. The welcome bar is excellent, too. It even provides free laundry. The location is also wonderful.
Loved the design and art on all of the floors. Nice pool area. Bar right next to it. Good location at the top of kokusaidori street. Some nice Okinawa Soba spots right next door.
It was new and clean, the free breakfast was yummy and the room felt spacious. Best hotel in Japan that I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve been to Japan more than 10 times.
I liked how close it was to the monorail - 1 stop from Naha airport. Clean ammenities- good shower pressure, nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Big enough room.
