Good value coming from London! The hotel was clean and comfortable ( though not as modern looking as in the photos). About 30 minute walk to town hall of Vilnius but there are buses which can take you most of the way there. Good breakfast buffet included, fairly standard fare but with some Lithuanian specialities. The breakfast room was packed on my third morning ( a Tuesday) due to what appeared to be a business group but otherwise I didn't have to queue on the other days.
This modern hotel is situated in the heart of Vilnius, just across the river from the Old Town district and main attractions. The Marriott Vilnius offers free WiFi and a fitness centre.

A compact city with lots of history and interesting architecture. So many lovely cafes and restaurants around the city. A lot of the city is walkable. Museums are closed on Mondays so consider that in your planning.

Gladly surprised with the city. Really fun and interesting.
Gladly surprised with the city. Really fun and interesting. Uzupis is the area to stay and party. Really young and alternative vibe. I bought a public transportation pass for 3 days but honestly I could have done without it. You can walk pretty much everywhere.

Vilnius is a Baltic pearl.
Vilnius is a Baltic pearl. Having visited a great number of European countries and cities, big and small, I was really surprised how Vilnius out-stands them all in many aspects. This city is so vivid and bright, young and artistic, it does not look similar to anything else. Hosting many talented and artistic people, it seems to be very functional and evolving, while still taking care of culture and tradition and integrating all aspects and requests of modern society with now damage to nature, harmony and ecology. This is like if druids from some fantasy novel would have built themselves a city and took good loving care of it.
People of Vilnius are great. Vilnius is very modern and focused on evolving its banking system and researching financial technologies, but even so - it still has strong connection to its rural areas and you can feel nature and rural vibes in people and streets, even if you see people on expensive BMW's and Helentwagens, wearing strict business dresses - you will still fill this Lithuanian spirit, loving and respectful to the nature. This central concept helps the whole city stay harmonic and very green almost effortlessly. It is surprising how much Vilnius is underrated, but on the other hand, its great that its not drowning in tourists, you will still easily find a seat in local coffee shop to take a warming cup of coffee with desert and enjoy a great view on the beautiful Vokiečių street. You should come and walk not only in the center of Vilnius, but also in more distant districts, just allocate more time for your travel and in different areas you will get reach atmospheric and existential experience. Not to mention that it is one of the cleanest cities in Europe and definitely one of the safest.

Wonderful city with lots of character and history to learn about. We registered for walking tours which helped us to get our bearings and hear stories from local people. The city has lots of great bars and cafes including a food market hall with great options.
Using the Bolt app, it was very easy and cheap to get from the airport to the city centre.

Winter season can be rainy and frosty though light...
Winter season can be rainy and frosty though light decorations on the streets and city inhabitants in the evenings give charm to the city. Restaurants and pubs are full, it looks like gastronomy and drinks are very popular. It is an interesting castle visit in Trakai which you can reach by bus or train. There are multiple sightseeings including churches and museums
The hotel is located a little bit on the outside of the main tourist area but in a nearly walking distance of the Old Town. However the place is brand new, ultimately clean and up to the highest standards regarding technical and comfort functionality. Top notch A/C, cable TV, many bedside USB chargers, ironing station, fully equiped coffee/tea station with a full fridge of everything you should need for an evening sip. Breakfast has our top scores with local magic specialites but that is something to expect in Lithuania 😉
The hotel is located in the heart of Old Town which is a perfect base to explore the rest of Vilnius. The room don't have numbers, but are named and decorated after famous people. The staff was great and went the extra mile if you had a question. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Also the breakfast room was nicely decorated. Your first step in the hotel transforms you back in time. I had a lovely stay!
Basically everything was great - the rooms were comfortable with AC that worked well, the staff was super nice and helpful the whole time and the breakfasts were some of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Plus, location was perfect - basically in the city centre so that you can walk everywhere, but at the same time not in a street busy with nightlife so it was very quiet at bight.
The location is really good - very close to old town and near to bus stop that takes you to airport and train/bus station. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and have plenty of good recommendations of what to do - they help with luggage as well which is really appreciated when the hotel is on the top floor of the apartment building!
Location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town, but has access to driving roads too. Great food places nearby for lunch and dinners
Also, Vilnius has a great breakfast culture, so we went out for breakfasts.
We used hotel’s gym, swimming pool and two saunas all the time. Hotel has a rooftop bar and nice bar near lobby.
This hotel is located in the very centre of the old town. Some small grocery stores are nearby. Room contains also small kitchen corner. Hotel has interesting interior design and at least my room also reflected the old times of Lithuanian kings. Owners are making an effort to facilitate earlier checkin.
Excellent staying.
Very kind and helpful staffs are always ready to help the guests.
I must mention about Eve, who was very kind to direct me to the property over phone, once I lost the way in the city centre.
If I visit Lithuania next time, I am definitely coming back to stay at the property.
The location is excellent, right on the main old town street. The hotel is modern, quirky, artsy, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and you can really control the climate in the room. It's not humid either.
Excellent hotel in old town. Location is perfect. Room is warm, bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Stuff very polite. It could be the best or one of the best hotels in Vilnius, but one thing was bad enough for me to reduce from 10 to 6.
It is not the first our stay in Hiliday Inn Vilnius. Hotel rooms has everything you need for living, even iron in the room Very good breakfast, a lot of various dishes. Good location - in the center and 10 minutes walking to old town.
Hotel was in a quiet area, which was bliss. From hotel it was an easy walk to city centre and a short drive by taxi to the airport (receptionist kindly organised us a taxi). Bedrooms were stylish, comfortable & spacious.
Quiet location close to the old town.
Room was in perfect condition and clean. The hotel is quite new.
Helpfull staff.
Cotton bed linen.
Tasty breakfast. There were many options in the buffet.
Good WiFi signal.
The hotel has a great location - right in the center of the old town. I also want to note that the hotel staff allowed us to check in earlier than the specified time. The breakfast was really good and varied.
A beautifully decorated hotel. Because they had only been opened a month, it was so clean, which was extra nice. The location was fantastic, close walk to Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel is close to the airport, so perfect when landing late or leaving early. We used it as a stopover before going to the city centre the next day. Big room with a good bath and beds. And it was quiet.
A lovely hotel ideally positioned to explore the Old Town of Vilnius. The breakfast was exceptional and we are still talking about it! The best we have ever experienced. We would definitely stay again.
The hotel is located near the bus and train station. It is walking distance to the old town. The rooms were clean and good in size. The beds are very comfortable. The price value is fantastic.
The location of the hotel was quite good. It is situated in the city center near beautiful old town. Is this stuff as equipment of the hotel is good enough. Breakfast was not bad.
Nice hotel close to airport bus, railway station and city centre. Great breakfast, clean and quiet rooms, the ideal base for exploring the wonderful city of Vilnius.
