The only thing we liked was the coffee bar and the server. Other than that, the place was a big waste of time and money.

It has loads of amenities and places to go, and hosts the best private university in Latin America, Tecnológico de Monterrey. It is worth visiting town centre, Parque Fundidora, and eat "cabrito" in the various restaurants available.

    Monterrey is a beautiful city with lots of things to see and do in and around the city. The Macroplaza is the cultural center of the city and there are many restaurants, museums, shops, and locals walking around the area. The Antigua area is across from the Macroplaza and there is the old part of the city with the Monterrey Cathedral and lots of shops and restaurants as well. On Saturday and Sunday the Antigua area has a few very good local flea markets. Also, Monterrey has a great subway system called the Metrorrey and its really easy to use and a very cheap way to get around this great city! I highly recommend Monterrey for any tourists who want to get some great Mexican food and culture that is only a 45 minute flight from Houston and a 3hour bus ride from the border. VIVA MONTERREY!

    Monterrey is a very large industrial city with horrible traffic. Pollution is bad, and its not really a nice place to walk around. Yes, it has museums, and soccer stadiums, nice restaurants, like most cities with 6-8 million people, but unless you love crowded places I consider this a place to work, not to visit,

    City is growing and there was a lot of complaints about trafic but we did not had any issue with it. The city offered good amenities like Luztopia, shoping, and had the 2 college football semifinals. We did like our stay.

    We stayed approximately 5 days at this hotel. Our room consisted of double beds which were very comfortable. We surprisingly had a great view of the mountains. Breakfast is included with your stay and it is a buffet style. The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff was very welcoming. A shopping center is located behind the hotel which has a lot of small restaurants, refresqueria (snack shop), Gym, exotic pet store, and best of all a Starbucks! The hotel has a small gym, and it’s very clean. I would stay here again.

    Staff was great. When we arrived on a Thursday Geovanna at the Front Desk was very nice and professional. Check in was quick and she even moved us to a room with more spacious bathroom, for my elderly parents. Bell boy that took our luggage to room was very pleasant and professional. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were resolved immediately by Geovanna. The Hotel is in the Heart of Zona Rosa in Downtown Monterrey. Walking distance to many restaurants, retail stores, bars, and even the famous Macro Plaza.

    The most important thing you can expect from a hotel is a warm welcome after going through all the security checks at the airport and so on. And here there was a warm welcome, I was not forced to wait to check into my room, although it was indicated that check-in was from 14:00, and I arrived at 11:00 and what a big savings, the room was clean. and no cockroaches, there was soap, water and a towel. I like it

    I like the location because it is Downtown. Plenty of access to buses and the metro subway. Within a one hour walking distance you can find food, the stadium, a few museums, etc. The airport is a 30 minute taxi ride from the hotel in traffic. As of the day of my trip, it cost $34 USD (578 pesos). I took a "purple bus" to my departing flight. It cost me $0.75 USD (12.75 peso)

    Great economy hotel. Lovely room and great location. It safe to walk in daytime hours but best to take an uber or similar at night. DO NOT use a random taxi form the street, you will get robbed. User an uber diddy etc. the neighboring hotels have good restaurants and there are smaller placees that offer pizza tacos and quesadillas and are all good value.

    Hotel is very well located close to main downtown and medical facilities. Hotel is not big but its very clean, well kept and staff is very kind and professional. They seem to be happy there. All inside the rooms is recent including the TV and AC. In general is beautiful Its a jewel within downtown Monterrey.
