Difficult to give a detailed review as we arrived at the start of Ramadan which lasted a month
Most of the stalls and restaurants were closed as were the beach activities
Minimarket and duty free shops open
Daddy's cafe on coral beach was by far the best place for Western food and cocktails
The hotels mainly offered limited choices but mainly catered or Chinese and malays
Not too many people about apart from groups of indians and Chinese, a bit noisy at times so avoid.
Overall beaches were pretty deserted.
A few plastic bottles and rubbish washed up during the day but beaches were swept up each day
Cheap and easy to get around by taxi or motorbike
No public transport

food was good .
beach was nice bur no place or shades with seats to rest along the beach.
have to rent chairs at the beach to sit and relax.
car rentals were abit expensive and they give us the car with reserve tank of petrol for the start.
motor bikes are convenient but dangerous of falling and injury during your holiday enjoyment unless u know to ride bike well.
all souveniers are expensive as this is a tourist island unless u are good at bargaining

Like the nature, serenity, wildlife, interior and architectural design. The buffet was good but the Chinese restaurant had been overrated. The Chinese cuisine was average. There wasn't any delicate fresh seafood which would be great to have on such a beautiful private island. In addition, you can't swim due to jelly fish. However, this wasn't a big issue as there was a pool right by the beach

An island with beautiful beaches which still maintains its nature. Not too commercialized and limited no of cars on the island reduces the pollution, giving you clean, fresh air.
Since the island is declared as free duty zone, overnight visitors have the option to shop for duty free items especially imported chocolate at a cheaper price than the mainland.
The island is also famous for dried anchovies (ikan bilis mata biru) which is most sought by Malaysians

Horrible, they charged me for an extra bed, which was the sofa in the room, they put cover sheet and pillow, around 65% of my reservation.
A bad waste water smell was always in the area in the garden villas, I feel like living in sewage factory, not in a hotel.
i like the decorations of the hotel and room. so minimalist and simple though. the staff also very helpful and friendly, always smile to their customer. greet their customer everytime enter the hotel. the room also statisfied with 2 adult & 2 kids staying. also easy to shop nearby the hotel. 7e just around the corner to the hotel which is easy to buy beverages and food. we just walk to the beach with two kids. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. thank you also for your consideration. tq!
The moment we got down from the speedboat, we already fell in love with the scenery. Room is comfy, quiet, love the scenery, not much ppl in the private island. Overall, really an enjoyable stay with family. Food is perfect in Uncle Lim (dinner) and Feast Village (breakfast), chef Danny is friendly. Cleanliness is top. Shuttle bus to Emerald Bay is so convenient. Beautiful beach in Emerald Bay. Love the toilet with air con. Complimentary anti mosquito sprays and balm, very appreciated for this.
Owner is helpful and very communicative to send check-in notes including photo of key box. And recommended a laundrette nearby too and how to drive our car over to Pangkor Island. The unit is very clean, spacious, spartan. New aircon, cold nice. Excellent location with a supermarket just in front of complex. 2 mins away from a recommended Chinese seafood restaurant and a Thai massage. If you venture pass the restaurant and walk left you can find a deserted beach - great to chill out.
This was a surprisingly nice place with a lovely view from the terrace over the water. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Since the resort is located uphill, they lent us their scooter and helmets which made it easy for us to move around the island. All in all a very nice place! Breakfast was nice and tasty! Lots of monkeys and hornbills to see and a quiet place, away from the noise.
The location is really Nice with the garden and beautiful noises of the animals. The beach is just a few minutes walking. We think Teluk Nipah is the best town to stay on the island and if you are looking for a peaceful place, this accommodation is perfect! The room was clean and really liked the bed and sheets.
The swimmingpool is beautiful and the staff is super friendly! You can also rent a scooter from them.
Breakfast was good. The room is spacious and the beach is only walking distance from the hotel. You can choose to go to Teluk Nipah beach or Coral Bay Beach. The staff is friendly and the facilities is well maintained. There are shops nearby to buy your needs and there are many restaurants to choose from.
The homestay is in good condition. Well maintain and value for money. Very near to beach, eateries and other tourist attractions. Large swimming pool good for family with children and attached to duty free mall and mini mart. Easily to catch a public transport since the station is just beside the hotel.
Bfast is very amazing+nice if can have a multiple menu n change everyday is really good actually but what ever is i enjoy to stay at this hotel...bed is really comfort to get a nice sleeping hehe...mr joe also very friendly...so will repeat again 😊
Very comfortable guesthouse! Lots of restaurants around the area and they rent scooters so that you can go around the island. They also let me use the scooter to get to the ferry so that I didn’t have to walk. The staff is super nice and helpful.
A peace and quiet property, with lots of open space and green area. Friendly and helpful hosts, a bit far from the island town area, but close to the Coral Beach, lots of eateries nearby within a km radius.property.
Lovely wooden cottages within forest. Extremely helpful staff - helping to organize tours and transport - always available. Very good breakfast!
Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a wonderful stay on Pulau Pangkor.
Owner was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the beach. The bed was firm and pillows were comfortable. Water dispenser was available on the ground floor to fill your bottles/ kettle.
Far from the road and quite peaceful at night. So comfortable during the stay. Clean and beautiful place. Truly recommended 👍. I find this place to stay again if i go to Pulau Pangkor 🤩.
Near by t beach, nice beach, w a lot of. Water sport hunt n easy to find food..since hotel no facilities @recently open ..no food n laundry provided yet...we understand the situation
Lovely staff who sorted out taxi and renting scooter for us. Hotel contained water filter to refill bottles. was comfortable, clean, and good value for money on the island.
Great location close to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. This is a clean well-run hotel. It is probably the best place to stay on Pangkor.
