We were upgraded to a room with a mountain view (and a wee sneak peak of the lake). We were super happy with the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff - they were AMAZING! Honestly, the check in staff, the cleaning staff in the corridors, the bar staff - everyone had a smile on their face and was happy to see you. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in. Super close to the town, so easy to access everything!

View was incredible, location was close enough to everything while still being away from city noise. Free transfer into town was helpful, although a car would be needed for getting anywhere else.
