Very close to Burlingame which is a good place to visit to spend some extra time between flights. There is a nice boardwalk with easy access from the hotel which has a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding area. The dining room serves a simple but acceptable evening meal.

There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible.
The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

Restaurant staff were also welcoming and efficient. The food I ordered was tasty.

Everything about this hotel is bad. Staff, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast etc. everything is bad. A/c or heater disnt work. I called for help. They sent the cleaning guy to tell me that it doesn’t work and I have to wait until the end of long weekend.

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. Both are a short walk away. Other good choices as well, but these two are my go-to's.

It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. Gorgeous entrance lobby with free warm cookies in the evening, and a lovely free breakfast bar in the morning. The staff members were very friendly and genuinely warm. It was also very quiet. I stayed at the A LOFT as well, and I could here the planes coming and going from SFO. The sound proofing was much better at the Holiday Inn. Parking is only $20 a night while the other hotels charge $40 or more. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Holiday Inn!!
