Friendly & welcoming staff from the gatehouse to the valet, bellman and housekeeping. Safe & secure gated property. Room- Casita- was ample and provided all amenities, as well as a gas fireplace and terrace. View of RED Rocks and Kachina Women directly off the terrace was fantastic. Sedona is very beautiful, clean and safe! I don’t recommend going during a holiday weekend cause traffic gets really bad and flights get delayed.
Sedona is a spiritual place with a high vibration of love and peacefulness. You could feel the positive energy! There are many great tours to take but I recommend renting a car and exploring Sedona on your own.
2 to 3 day stay is good
Recommend: Pisa Lisa (pizza)
Javelina Cantina - look for the boars outside the restaurant. Great food

Sedona is a beautiful area of Arizona.
Sedona is a beautiful area of Arizona. Surrounding country and communities are beautiful and fun to visit. Great for hiking, biking, off roading. Downtown Sedona is congested, and patience is required while driving. Fun shopping, lots of tourist shops and some good restaurants. Recommend stopping in at the Visitors Center first to get the lay of the town and its features.

Sedona can be a great place to stay but, if you aren't...
Sedona can be a great place to stay but, if you aren't camping and are staying in a hotel/motel, it can be expensive depending on your budget. We thought we booked a place in Sedona but in fact, were in Oak Creek Village, several miles from Sedona. Turns out that was ok as we had easy/convenient access to really nice hiking trails and there was a great Coffee/Bakery just across the street. And that said, getting back and forth to Sedona takes a great deal of patience and once in Sedona don't be surprised by stop and go traffic (we were there in early May). The scenery is spectacular! However, having now been there we most likely won't be back. Too crowded!

Beautiful scenery.
Beautiful scenery. Lots of places to go even if you don't go hiking.
Lots of art galleries and hand made jewelry; not many places for inexpensive souvenirs, atleast I couldn't find any until we were heading back down south of Sedona.

The scenery of Sedona is stunning.
The scenery of Sedona is stunning. The trailhead parking can be an issue, and we were there during the week. I would not attempt a visit on the weekend as Sedona is extremely popular. There is a Sedona shuttle. We ate dinner one night at Mesa Grill, which was excellent. Reservations are required for dinner at Mesa Grill, even on a week night.
No breakfast because of Covid, but coffee machine and snacks were available in the room.
Location is superb, just outside from Sedona downtown, so far from traffic. A tranquil place facing the Red Rocks of Sedona in a pretty garden.
We got all the help we wanted to select the best hikes.
We had access to the pristine river and its private beach across the street at the foot of the Red Rocks.
We loved the room and location. We loved our balcony in the morning when we were having our coffee. The location was great because we did not have all the traffic and congestion that the other hotels had that were on the other side of Sedona. We also loved the texts we got from your AWESOME staff. Nick was very helpful telling us where the best places to eat and the best places to see.
The property is in a very nice location. Clark market behind, restaurant around the hotel and only 5 miles from Sedona uptown. Room was spotless and confortable . The staff very friendly and gave us suggestions of restaurant and what was the best scenic route to the Grand canyon .we were going to stay a extra night but they were all booked. Will recommend to family and friends .
This is a family owned and operated hotel and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a budget stay in Sedona (of which there are almost none). Owner was wonderfully friendly and had great hiking recommendations. The rooms were spacious, clean and despite location on a relatively busy road, very quiet. The pool and hot tub exceeded my expectations.
We arrived at night and woke up to the amazing view. The room was a good size room for our family. We appreciated having good storage spaces as well as counter space. The fridge had a small freezer which was good to keep out ice packs cold for our cool box.
The hotel was in am excellent location within easy reach of Sedona. Lots of amenities nearby.
Fantastic Hotal located in the village of Oak Creek . About 20 minutes driving to uptown Sedona thru a beautiful canyon .
Modern and beautiful hotel . The rooms are excellent! The room is spaciuos, comfortable and has all the amenities. Has very comfortable parking . Highly recommended if you want to stay outside the sedona traffic.
Wow- What a perfect location! This little lodge was perfect for my sister and I. Sure, it didn’t have all the frills of a big name hotel but it was clean and the staff was wonderful and helpful every step of the way. I would definitely stay here again for the price. So much to see and do in Sedona and the lodge convenient location.
Delightful experience. Four relatives shared one room. There was a wonderful selection of spaces during meals and leisure time to genuinely enjoy the property. High quality bed, linens, bathroom. Preferred this hotel environment to more expensive "resorts" which often are too sterile. Terrific breakfast selections.
Location of this hotel is great, close to many restaurants, trails and shopping. We had a great view from the balcony on the second floor from the room facing the creek (requested in advance to escape road noise). Hot tub was real nice with no other people and great views of the famous Sedona red rocks.
Wonderful apartment, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, and THE BEST towels of any place I've stayed anywhere in the world. Angus was very helpful and made checking in easy. Great location in Sedona with shops and restaurants nearby, and close to everything.
The staff were outstanding. Communication was superb. We were comfortable, well taken care of and our privacy was respected. We loved that this hotel was not in downtown Sedona but about five miles away from the mainstream. Lovely stay and we want to come back asap.
By far the best location with an absolutely AMAZING view! We had a balcony that looked out on the red rocks. Stunning! And then the view from the gorgeous pool was just the same! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer more relaxing place to stay in Sedona!
On a quiet street in West Sedona, a good retreat but easy access to the trails west of Sedona for amazing hikes. A very short drive to good restaurants. Really beautiful, clean suite with so much attention to detail from the hosts.
The staff was warm and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and nice. Rustic in a great Sedona way and very clean. Best of all was the value. Could not beat the price. No pool, but in Sedona we didn't miss it.
What a truly beautiful area. First time in AZ and loved Sedona area. Perfect location for this hotel. Our room was huge and comfortable. It was quiet, and breakfast was amazing. Will definitely go back!
awesome location - beautiful room and big!!! Hotel staff very helpful and kind - definitely planning a return trip soon as Sedona opens back for trail use. Thank you. BEST stop along our 10 day road trip!!!
staff was super helpful and the breakfast was the best in my experience. the hotel is in the great place in the heart of the social life of Sedona.
beautiful view out of the window
One of the best values for a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in Sedona. Great staff. Comfortable bed, solid motel choice convenient to everything in downtown.
