Great location, parking and breakfast are included. Great shower, coffee machine, good size bed
Solvang is pretty and green in the spring. The summer will be hot and dry! Even in March, many tourists were in town. The unfortunate side effect is that some local restaurant staff could be a LOT nicer.
Vin & Mad has an incredible dinner for us! I recommend this restaurant but be prepared for stairs and an uphill if you are traveling with someone that may have limited mobility.
Breakfast can be challenging, long waits even in the off season.
Parking can be a challenge for those with mobility issues as well.

Cute little Central Cal town where studio writers for LA go...
Cute little Central Cal town where studio writers for LA go on retreats, and throngs of tourists visit the O.G. Danish-looking town. The architecture is different than anything in CA, and there is a labyrinth of shops and restaurants to explore. So many great options peppered with wine tasting and beautiful vistas nearby. Dolce Café has amazing coffee and a unique menu of baklava, breakfasts, sandwiches and ice cream. Peasant's Feast came recommended by Michelin and went above and beyond. The Coyote Creek Inn serves as a wonderful wedding venue. But mostly, getting lost in the alleyways around town is always so much fun!
Solvang is a great stop between LA and San Luis Obispo. Two nights in perfect, three if you wanna move more slowly.

Fantastic, quaint little town in beautiful countryside.
Fantastic, quaint little town in beautiful countryside. Every single person we met in town was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The town itself is extremely pet friendly and tourists everywhere has their dogs with them.
Nestled in relaxed nature of the Santa Ynez valley wine country. Learn the history and culture of the Chumash area. Walking distance to downtown shops, dining, and attractions. Just steps away from some of the best tasting rooms, bakeries. The staff was helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. Two sinks in the bathroom were awesome. We enjoyed sleeping in our very comfortable bed. Complimentary parking.
I very much enjoyed the modern look to the design and paint job. Some of the local hotels need to update their paint jobs in order to compete. The balcony area was secluded and peaceful and larger than the typical balcony. 1st time there and I'll definitely return. Fairly priced. Solvang prices have increased over the past 10 years but this place is fair. Awesome staff.
A short walk from the bustling downtown . Peaceful and very beautiful location. We used the bikes to ride down to the golf course down the hill to enjoy the sunrise . Also love the self check in process , exceptionally smooth :) room was very clean and homey . It felt more like a small studio than a hotel.
The room location was good. The inn is pet friendly which is great we brought our small dog and he had easy access to the dog park. The room is very spacious in comparison with other places. You can move around and not feel cramped. Also, the microwave, table and chairs are separate from sleeping area.
Great location, in downtown Solvang.
Basic clean motel. Nice tiny room. A/c worked. No frills tv microwave mini fridge . Beds were clean. Shower, no bath.
Breakfast is coupon for local bakery with coffee and pastry.. really good quality..but a short walk from motel.
The location was 2-3 blocks off the main downtown street (Mission) that made it quieter and the city center accessible. Parking in the back was convenient to both the hotel and great restaurants. Huge walk-in shower.
Flexible check in. Great location in the midst of Solvang. Very comfy bed. Quiet throughout the night. Right across the road from the Danish bakery for breakfast. Wish we'd been able to stay there longer!
Bed was really comfortable and the hotel is very cute, lots of outdoor fireplaces and lights everywhere. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options and the gym is great too! Also parking is free!
The building is in the center of Solvang, near to all restaurants and shops.
Room was clean, amenities were provided along with complimentary coffee and tea.
Free parking, easy self check-in.
Exceptionally comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable - like, beyond any hotel I've ever stayed at before. The hotel renovations were really top notch.
Room was clean and comfortable. The location was central to the downtown area. They delivered breakfast to your room to accommodate all guests during the pandemic.
Very nice and helpful girl at the check in.
Our room was really nice decorated and clean, we felt very comfortable. Walking distance to "downtown" Solvang
The location is great. It is in the downtown area of Solvang so we walked to everything we wanted to do. The rooms are really good sized and very clean.
