One of our all time favourites -- lovely hotel with outdoor pool that features stunning views of the mountains. We have stayed there three times. A great base for exploring Zion and the canyons around Orderville.

Our renovated room was fantastic but we were first given a ground floor Queen and had to go back to the desk and wait for the King requested. The upper floor was much better

The hotel was great and the lady at the front desk was super helpful. Views were amazing. The town has a shuttle, which was wonderful. The photo is the view behind the hotel.

Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion?
Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion? Look no further than Springdale. This town is not like any other overpriced & underwhelming tourist place, simply because it's outside of a National Park. Springdale has affordable hotels with pools & hot tubs to relax after a day outdoors, plenty of different restaurants and cuisines for foodies, and it's a very family-friendly town. Next up, getting around Springdale is easy. You can get to the Zion National Park's visitor center with the city's free buses during the day, but note that they are not 24 hours. If you have a car, you can get to the Canyon Overlook trailhead (through the tunnels) in ~20 minutes - it really is the practical location. Oh one more thing, if you're crossing the street, make sure to grab a red crossing flag to increase your visibility (especially at night).

Springdale is well located for visitors to either Zion National Park (closest) or Byrce National Park as well as numerous state parks and recreational areas. The one thing I felt that was lacking was more food options. It seemed that most eating options were on the high end pricewise.

Very nice town has a decent variety of restaurants although the prices were a bit on the higher end but I guess that’s to be expected in a tourist area. The restaurants we ate at were very good and staf was friendly.

Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold.
Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold. There are two iconic walks which are both strenuous but 3 other intermediate walks have been closed for some time. We had three nights at Springdale but as we were not up to these two big hikes Zion Canyon itself only provided us one days activities. If you find yourself in the same situation take a look at driving to Kolob Reservoir and do some of the walks along the way.

Flanigans had upscale linens and toiletries, the most comfortable bed, robes to wear, very convenient to great restaurants and a free shuttle that takes you into park and then back out to town. I had the best massage treatment after days of hiking. House keeping and front desk service was extremely efficient. A very zen and relaxing atmosphere. The town is beautiful and has a lot of good restaurants. Very busy during the day and quiet at night.
The location of the hotel was fantastic; right in the center of Springdale! A cute little town and only a few miles from the entrance to Zion. The service/staff were cheery and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast buffet had many options for the health conscience as well as typical breakfast fare. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The staff were very accommodating and polite. The room was nice and had a pullout sofa bed. I took a beautiful picture of the mountains from the hotel room window. The Springdale bus shuttle stop is right across from the hotel which is really convenient. We were told the busiest times for the shuttle was between 10AM and 1PM. So we got on before 10.
Sharon (host) is simply wonderful - always helpful with tips around Zion NP, activities, locations...; location of the Inn is mid of Springdale (short way to shuttle, restaurants, ...), but as the buildings are away from the street, it's quiet; rooms are spotless and nicely furnished; vouchers for breakfast at Oscar's Cafe are a fantastic idea
The room and bathroom were nicely decorated. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Location is excellent. There is a shuttle in Springdale that takes you to the entrance of the park. The last shuttle returning from the park entrance is at 6pm so if you want to leave the park later, this hotel is walking distance to the park entrance.
this hotel was amazing. I’m cheap and had a hard time paying for a pricer hotel but needed somewhere pet friendly. They did phenomenal with their customer service and facilities. the trail snacks were the perfect touch as well and the delicious breakfast. the room was clean and comfy. thanks for an amazing stay!
Very close to national Park entrance and 10min walk to park visiter centre. Can start the Watchman Trailer from the hotel. The room itself was very spacious, just by river and the pool/jacuzzi. The food at dinner at breakfast Was also excellent. The Staffel very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in one of the updated hotel rooms, and it was gorgeous! As it’s new, everything was extra clean. Also, the location was wonderful - it’s within walking distance of the park. Lastly we want to thank the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. We hope to return another time.
The beds were so comfy! Our room back right up to the cliff side. We loved sitting out on our back porch watching the stars every night. Breakfast was perfect. Hotel is close to everything. Shuttle into Zion picks up right out front. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.
The motel couldn’t be more perfectly located. You can walk to restaurants, shuttle and to the grocery store. The only thing would be that the room is a bit dated and dark, but I’d stay there again any day. The hotel staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was incredible.
Location to the park/ downtown Springdale UT was excellent and there was a great view from our room. The staff was very friendlt and accommodating when we needed an iron. The bathrooms were also very clean, and the fridge/ microwave in the room was appreciated.
Breakfast was simple. At a Quality inn near Bryce Canyon we had a very good hot breakfast. Lodging was $136 per night with tax included. Zion was $736 tax included for 2 nights. The price wasn’t justified although it was competitive for Zion/Springdale.
Great location in Springdale. Loved the access to the pool at the partner hotel. Great view of the surrounding mountains from the parking lot and back of the complex. Enjoyed the small patio. Lots of space in the condo.
Location was perfect. Springdale is a beautiful town at the foot of Zion national park. Breakfast was quick and easy, helped start the day off right. Rooms were very comfortable, had a very peaceful night's rest.
This is the best location of all of the Springdale hotels. you walk right into the park. No waiting on Springdale city shuttles. I’d highly recommend a guided tour with Zion Gurus for something different as well.
Amazing stay, great location, awesome breakfast, everything was just great.
Hotel pool was closed but we were encouraged to go to another hotel that's just a minute walking distance away from the hotel.
