This is a grand old house that is best described as well lived in. Needs a bit of updating. The pool needs some attention. Not at all inviting. I don’t understand why they don’t just get an expert in to give it a thorough clean without doing it themselves.
The staff are wonderful.

This was our second visit in 4 years. The stay was just as amazingly wonderful as the first. The staff were phenomenally friendly and helpful, the guest house itself is immaculate and very nicely decorated, the breakfasts are very substantial and tasty, the location is amazing...it's in the countryside but within a few short minutes drive to some of the top Stellenbosch wineries (Tokara, Delaire Graff, Oldenburg, etc) and restaurants,
A very charming, boutique hotel in Stellenbosch, beautifully designed. Welcoming and hospitable staff who make sure you are well looked after. Enjoyed having breakfast on the lovely terrace, which was delicious and offered everything you could want, traditional English, continental, eggs Benedict, pancakes, fruit etc. I'm sad I didn't have more time to enjoy the property and make more use of the spa and treatments.
The rooms were very clean and up to standard. The staff was very good and did their very best to help with whatever was asked and at all hours. Adrian was exceptional and I would like to express my sinsere gratitude torwards him.
The hotel is very central for Stellenbosch and the city center with all the restaurants and the shops can be reached within 5min of walking.
Looking forward to our next stay there
Di is a wonderful hostess and gave us a warm welcome to Languedoc. The Garden room with a private patio looking out on the beautiful lush garden made our spring time visit even more lovely.
Languedoc is quickly accessible to central Stellenbosch and wine farms in the surrounding area. A great weekend getaway or longer stays since the units are self catering with a fully equipped kitchen and a braai place.
It is the perfect hotel in the city center with a Stellenbosch spirit. The hotel building's architectural style and garden are very beautiful. The staff is so kind and helped me with my trouble. You can reach any destination from the hotel. Don't worry about the famous South African electricity blackout because wifi works always and there is a big power bank and a flashlight in your room.
The property is located in the area of Dalsig in Stellenbosch which is about a five minute drive from central Stellenbosch and the shopping centre in the adjacent housing estate of Die Boord. Thus, well located. The house is renovated and spacious and was spotless on arrival. The property was also on a fairly quiet street with minimal noise. It is also secure and fenced.
The location is within walking distance of Stellenbosch Central.
Lots of restaurants and bars in area.
The breakfast at the restaurant right next door was lovely; in beautiful garden setting, food was good.
All the staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly.
A bonus was parking right in front of the door of hotel.
Room was clean and neat, great bedding.
Situated in the center of Stellenbosch, it provided the perfect base to explore the area and walking distance to restaurants'. The attention to detail in the renovation was evident as soon as i stepped inside. The apartment was equipped with everything once could need for a quick visit from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. We felt at home.
The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful, with both cold and hot options for Americans and Europeans. Location across the street from Stellenbosch University was convenient.
The location is in a very nice and quite neighborhood but only 10 min walk to Church Street (Stellenbosch Center). The manor is very impressive with a very beautiful garden/pool area. The breakfast buffet plus the additional offers are great.
One of the best self catering accommodations I have ever stayed at. You have access to everything you need (and so much more) with great attention to detail. I will definitely want to stay here again during future visits to Stellenbosch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Eendracht hotel - it's central location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the centre of Stellenbosch. The staff are super friendly and the hotel has lovely amenities to brighten your stay.
The location is great, plenty of lovely wine farms and restaurants very close by, the room with self catering facilities gave us the independence we wanted and the pool area was great for chilling at on some of our quieter days.
This hotel is in an excellent position which makes walking to anywhere in Stellenbosch easy. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Parking is always an issue in Stellenbosch so having parking was also an advantage.
We had a very spacious room and terrace with a lovely view of the vineyards. We also had a lovely wine tasting and fell in love with their Portwine. It’s just a short drive to get to Stellenbosch
