We loved the peaceful setting and appreciated all the details that the owner put into it. Breakfast was delicious! This was our favorite place in Crete. We would highly recommend a stop there on your way to nearby Knossos palace or Heraklion.

Emmanuel was a wonderful host and was extremely helpful, before and during our stay, answering any questions and providing helpful advice and information. He could not have looked after us better or done more to make our stay memorable. He has started a small library of books (in English) and would welcome future guests to leave/ swap books when they stay in the villa.

Alex was great and gave us many excellent recommendations for good places to eat, etc. The beach is blue flag and amazing, the beds on the beach were a personal fave! Guests are able to have sole use of all of the facilities before and after its open to the public. The business is really well thought out with a real community feel. The facilities are offered free to all and this contributed to a really lovely, local atmosphere!
