The restaurant is excellent, with a rich selection of dishes, as well as the lobby bar which offers an excellent choice of drinks. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Good quality food and varied everyday. Making picnic lunch at breakfast is brilliant idea. Highly recommend for families. The area has loads available to do..kids loved the taboggan and free trips on the gondalas. The Samerhof lake is spectacular..a little slice of heaven. Special mention to the lovely lady working at the lake cafe. She told us about the lake and area and made us feel so welcome. We only wish we had more time there.

The hotel facilities like the pool and gym were amazing. the best thing was its wifi. I measured 150 Mbps for both download and upload speed. The room was also clean.
