Centrally but quietly located on Samovodska Charshiya Street in Veliko Tŭrnovo's Old Town, Guest Rooms Bela Neda features air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. Nic was very personable and couldn't do enough to help us. Bela Neda was positioned perfectly right in the Old Town, close to everything.

Family Hotel "Slavianska dusha" is set in a typical Bulgarian National Revival-style.The complex features a garden and houses built from wood and local stone. Excellent location in quiet part of old town. Car parking in square 50m away. Friendly efficient service & staff, great breakfast. Very clean & most definitely will come again.

Boasting a spa bath, The Secret Lodge- NEW with private GARAGE, entire house is situated in Veliko Tŭrnovo. The house was right in the centre of the old town and we managed to get a parking space right outside, although we could have used the garage if we had wanted. The house was well equipped, very cosy & clean. All of us slept extremely well as the beds were really comfortable, and it's always a bonus to have two bathrooms. The enclosed outside terrace was a great place for morning coffee and late night drinks ☺️. The hosts care about their place & have thought about creating a great space for guests, and have succeeded! Teodor was very responsive to questions & helpful, recommending restaurants etc. The complimentary water, chocolates, eggs & wine are what turns a great host into a fabulous host! We would not hesitate to return.

The location is perfect with a great view. Double glazed windows which blocks all noise. It was spotless clean and very homey. The owner was very responsive and answered quickly when we contacted her. Good AC in every room. We loved our stay there.

The hosts were very kind. Everything was new, clean and in perfect shape. We were three people and a border collie and there was plenty of space. We loved the view. There was even a parking spot reserved for our car (parking is so precious in this kind of arhitectural setting in Veliko Tarnovo).

We booked an apartment for three days on Bulgaria's national holiday. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host was very polite — they even arranged a parking spot for us, although the place listing here stated that the hotel does not offer parking spots, and we knew that — we just asked for advice on where to park. During Bulgaria's national holiday, the city of Veliko Tarnovo is visited by thousands of tourists, and it gets pretty hard to find a place to stay, eat, or visit local landmarks and attractions. So, it was in this hotel too - there is a fast-food restaurant on the ground floor, and it gets quite visited by the people passing by (the hotel is on the main street, leading to the Tsarevets fortress - one of the most visited attractions, especially during national holidays). We were delighted to be served well by the hosts, even in such conditions. Several cats live in the backyard, so our kids were delighted to play with them. The hotel's front entrance is on the main street. Still, the back gate is at the beginning of the 'Street of Crafts' (the so-called 'Самоводска чаршия' / 'Samovodska charshiya')—one of the tourist attractions in Veliko Tarnovo, which is even greater. The 'Museum of Illusions' is just across the street—a trendy place to visit with your kids. It gets pretty visited, so the queues to enter there are long. However, since the hotel is just in front of it, we could observe when they will open it while we have breakfast and enter without waiting for hours in long queues.
