It was immaculately clean,the rooms were very well appointed & comfortable.The breakfast being served from 4am is a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family & friends. Restaurant food was a average, poorly staffed and expensive. Restaurant area was cold and dated. Rooms smelt of smoke and what looked like druggies and alcoholics in the foyer drinking and walking up and down the corriders all night slamming doirs, computers did not work in the morning so could not be refunded the £50 taken onto account which is illegal holding customers money on account!

We were attending a family funeral in Liverpool and this location was perfect
