Stone Cellars Guesthouse is set in restored historical vaulted cellars on the lower end of Ishac Residence, a late 19th century house with traditional Mediterranean architecture situated in a tranquil setting. The place is so beautiful and peaceful. The guest amenities were over the top! The house has a beautiful story and just a different vibe. The host was very welcoming as well 🤩 definitely recommended, and would go back there again.

They took such great care of us, for example, by arranging a driver to show us around the area (Walhid), locating a national guide to take us to Baalbek (Mr. Johnny), cooking an amazing breakfast (homemade yogurt!), and offering us fresh cherries, apricots, and never-ending cups of coffee and tea. Her daughter Carol, studied in the States and is fluent in English and she often translated for us. This family is precious and they made our stay very rich and memorable.
