The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was hard to find a taxi service in Zusnarahausen, so I asked the hotel staff to help me with this. They booked an airport transfer for me and ensured the driver arrived on time.

Great breakfast buffet and great facilities for children - both in- and outside. The staff were helpful, we left some jackets behind by the playground, phoned the reception once we realised this, and they kindly collected them for us and kept them till our return 2 weeks later. Beautiful garden. Rooms were big enough and comfortable. The spa is also very nice.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The beer garden was nice, but don't forget to make reservations, and it lacked German dishes. The pool area is small, but nice and clean. Can't really swim, but nice to relax in the water. Just go early or late to avoid too many kids. It also is a good location to visit cities like Augsburg. Gunzburg or even Munchen.

Although I've stayed there twice in August (2021 and 2022) the rooms were cool enough to sleep in. In the room there was a large tower fan which circulated the air. The wifi was stable and fast enough. Their staff is friendly and professional. I love especially their breakfast which is rich enough. Also the quality of their restaurant is good, but a bit pricy.
